【劉曉霞／台北報導】遠雄建設(5522)7月營收12.98億元，較6月衰退52.7%，但年增5.58倍，遠雄今天在平盤53.7元上下整理，早盤開低一度來到53.5元，盤中拉回平盤附近整理。

遠雄7月營收受惠於「富都」、「御之邸」等案入帳激勵，累計今年1~7月營收140.38億元，年增240.73%。

遠雄下半年共有4筆新案推出，包括位在北投的「遠雄山綺」、內湖「御東方」、內湖「三名園」、桃園「龍崗」等案，總銷將近180億元。

【大紀元2013年08月09日訊】（大紀元記者海寧編譯報導）一種剛剛發現的新型粒子或許可以用於製造大容量迷你硬盤。筆記本電腦的硬盤可能變得祇有花生米大。

根據NBC電視臺網站的報導，這種新粒子被稱為斯基米子（skyrmion），是以英國物理學家托尼‧斯基米（Tony Skyrme）的名字命名的。他在1962年最早預言了這種粒子的存在。斯基米子屬於重子，是由三個夸克組成的複合粒子，是強子的一類。

在8月8日出刊的《科學》雜誌上，德國漢堡大學的克爾斯汀‧馮‧伯格曼教授（Kirsten von Bergmann）和她的同事們報道了他們關於斯基米子的最新成果。

磁場是數據儲存的基礎。在普通磁鐵中，原子的電子自旋方向相同，因此產生磁場。在硬盤中，這些小的磁場構成了0和1，以及所謂的比特或者位元。但是這些位元之間必須有一些間隔，否則這些磁場就會互相影響，數據就會大亂。現在最好的硬盤技術需要的間隔為25 納米（一納米是百萬分之一毫米）。

但在斯基米子中，電子的自旋方向各不相同。如果用斯基米子作為硬盤的基礎位元，其間距可以進一步縮小，硬盤的體積也渴望大大縮小。在馮‧伯格曼的實驗中，兩個斯基米子之間的距離可以小到6納米。這意味著iPod的硬盤可以微縮至一粒大米的尺寸。

在實驗中，研究者們把一張鈀鐵合金的薄膜置於磁場中並冷卻到接近絕對零度。薄膜的厚度祇有兩個原子左右。斯基米子立刻出現在薄膜上。接下來，用電子束轟擊鈀鐵薄膜，可將斯基米子湮滅；如果再次轟擊，斯基米子會再次出現。這就相當於用磁場在硬盤上寫0和1的過程。

現在這個概念已受到證實，下一步就是製作真正的斯基米子硬盤了。馮‧伯格曼說，目前的挑戰是找到在室溫下可以產生斯基米子的材料。這樣的硬盤不但更穩定，還會對熱有更高的耐受力。普通硬盤受熱時可能導致信息丟失。

但是斯基米子硬盤的最大好處是耗電大大降低。理論上，新硬盤的能耗可能祇有現有硬盤的10萬分之一。另外，新硬盤的讀寫手段是傳統的電子束。這對將來的斯基米子硬盤也是一大利好消息。

【綜合報導】北京朝陽公園一寵物樂園發生罕見意外，前日傍晚一個供小狗游泳的水池突然漏電，導致兩隻狗被電死，彭姓狗主落水救愛犬時，也不幸觸電身亡。

據悉，26歲的彭姓死者為央視新聞剪接師，工作勤奮，新婚燕爾。有目擊者稱，現場缺少管理者，事發時也沒有提供充份救援，導致死者未能及時獲救。樂園目前已關閉維修。

【施昂強 李銘宏／台北報導】3名歲數加起來將近200歲的男子，疑因行車糾紛互毆，3人打得頭破血流，最後都被送進醫院，所幸3人僅皮肉傷，不過滿身是血，讓鄰居跟警方都嚇了一大跳。
 
昨天晚間10時許，台北市樂利路5巷內，1名門姓男子騎腳踏車經過時，與2名步行的詹姓與陳姓男子發生糾紛，3人因為都有喝酒，隨即一言不合打成一團，一旁住戶見狀趕緊報警，等警消到達時，3人已經打到頭破血流，所幸三人都是皮肉傷，不過滿身是血的樣子，還是嚇到不少民眾，警方表示，3人年紀都不小了，加起來將近200歲，可能因為喝酒，所以火氣特別大，動起手來毫無顧忌，但3人目前無人願意提出告訴。

洪仲丘專案小組桃園縣軍事檢察署辦公室外，今天上午一位義務役士兵突然走向大門口，對著媒體喊「救命」、「全身很不舒服」，吵鬧聲引來媒體注意。這名二等兵喊了十多分鐘，軍方派出三人帶他到會客室休息，同時了解是否有委屈。由於這位士兵精神情緒不穩定，軍方已將他送往國軍桃園總醫院，接受照護，同時通知這位士兵的家屬前往醫院。

洪案專案小組在桃園縣八德市北部軍事院檢辦公室，北部地方軍法院、地檢署，還有高等軍事法院、軍高檢署都在這裡辦公。高院昨天才結束洪案三名被告羈押訊問庭，院檢經過一個多月密集偵辦或開羈押庭，好不容易有喘息機會，沒想到上午約9時，一名士兵拿著5件燙好的軍服，通過大門警衛，貼近橫向自動鐵門突然救命，「快帶我出去」、「我全身不舒服」。

士兵大喊聲，在軍法院引起騷動，高軍檢署檢察長史勝德出面了解，3名軍人把士兵帶進一旁的會客洽公登記室（ 值日官室），士兵是否情緒不穩或有其他因素，軍方已著手調查。

北部軍事法院一名憲兵二兵上午向媒體大喊求救，國防部發言人羅紹和上午表示，這名義務役戒護兵，隸屬於北部地區軍事法院看守所，平日負責一般衛哨勤務，他在5月20日向單位報到後，已有多次情緒控管不穩、失控的現象，上午他再度出現情緒異常，事發後，北部地區軍事法院將士兵送到國軍桃園總醫院就醫，醫生診斷後已安排住院就醫，軍方也已通知家屬趕到現場。國防部已請北部地區軍事法院，了解單位內是否涉及不當管教或其他情事。
