【周昭平／高雄報導】國立中山大學、海洋生物博物館今天午與統新生物科技進行三方產學合作簽約，組成「海洋藥粧商品轉譯聯盟」，推動海洋藥妝研發，目前已有包括生技公司、製造業、代理商、智財管理公司、中醫診所等20家會員公司，將以豐富的藥物開發成果及經驗，推動海洋天然藥粧級的保養品開發。

計劃主持人、中山大學海資系教授溫志宏說，國際上研究野生型軟珊瑚在保養品上已近20年歷史，每年原料市場約4千萬台幣，衍生保養品產值則超過30億，台灣地處於熱帶與亞熱帶交界，南、北洋流交會，有得天獨厚豐富珊瑚礁資源，除提供觀賞、生態及教育，也是保養品開發及尋找治療疾病新藥重要寶庫。

聯盟上午也發表人工養殖型天然珊瑚製品，經研究發現具抗發炎活性且低細胞毒性，經動物實驗也證實促傷口修復、美白且不會引發過敏，人體實驗可增加皮膚保溼及彈性，經聯盟找到廠商銜接開發，粗估後續將可創造超過億元商機。

【張勵德／台北報導】氣象局剛發布即時天氣訊息指出，目前台南以南地區及台東持續有較強對流移入，苗栗及台中地區也有旺盛對流發展，局部地區已有大雨發生，提醒民眾留意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲。

目前在屏東檳榔總雨量已有85毫米，台東大烏、屏東壽卡等地累積雨量也有54毫米，均達到「大雨」等級。氣象局也持續發布大雨特報，今天下午到明天恆春半島、台東有局部大雨發生機會，請民眾留意。
