• 邯鄲忽然白晝如夜，一個小時內，狂風大作驟降暴雨。不料暴風雨結束後約一個小時，一聲震耳欲聾的巨響打破了永年縣講武鄉張虎莊村的寧靜。目擊村民們稱，巨響前曾看到不明物體墜落，形似「紅球」，其所向之處多戶村民家中的電器不同程度毀壞。據專家介紹，該「紅球」應為出現頻率極低的球形雷。

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許，新北市土城區中央路4段一處出租套房突然冒出濃煙，警消到達後，在屋內救出一名40多歲女子，經送醫急救後，女子仍傷重不治。

警消表示，現場為公寓2樓改建的套房，一共有8間，四間住有房客，發生火警的是靠近最裡面的房間，警消將這名55歲的嚴女救出時，全身已經嚴重傷燙傷沒有生命跡象，警消勘查現場後發現，床鋪邊是燃燒最嚴重的地方，初步研判可能是抽煙所引起的火勢，加上死者有服用精神科鎮靜藥物的習慣，可能並無意識到火警發生，因此受困在屋內無法順利逃出，目前警方已經封鎖現場，並調查詳細起火原因。
