| 造人工骨 3D列印精準又省錢

〔編譯林翠儀／綜合報導〕3D列印技術在醫療上又有新的貢獻。日本京都大學日前宣布為4名頸椎椎間盤突出的患者，移植以3D列印技術製成的頸椎人工骨，成功改善這些患者手部發麻或行走困難等問題。研究人員還試做大腿骨、脊骨及頭蓋骨的一部分，希望能用於大範圍切除手術後的治療。
這項臨床實驗手術是由京都大學醫學研究科研究人員所進行。研究人員使用3D列印裝置，以患者頸部的電腦斷層掃描（CT）及核磁共振（MRI）數據為基礎，計算出骨頭的大小及形狀，然後以雷射熔燒鈦粉逐層加厚，製作出完全適合患者頸椎的人工骨。
以往製作人工骨必須先製成模型，再灌入鈦粉成形，由於製模成本相當高，無法依患者需求單獨製作，相對地也無法做出完全適合患者頸椎的人工骨。新的3D列印技術則可省去製模步驟，一塊頸椎人工骨的成本僅包括數千圓的材料費及電費。3D列印製成的人工骨經由表面進行化學處理和熱處理加工，使其更易與患者的骨頭貼合。
京都大學講師藤林俊介表示，這次實驗還試做大腿骨、脊骨及頭蓋骨，對於因惡性腫瘤等切除大範圍骨頭的患者而言，利用3D列印技術製造人工骨進行移植治療，頗值得期待。

| 中房協副會長：大陸房市調控不能放鬆

 中國房地產業協會副會長朱中一14日於「2013年博鰲房地產論壇」表示，大陸多數地方房價、地價上漲預期不減，政府對房地產市場的調控不能放鬆。他同時建議，應加快建構促進房地產市場平穩健康發展的長效機制，包括加緊完善房市調控政策以及更多地採用稅收、信貸等經濟和法律手段來進行調控。
華爾街日報報導，大陸房地產調控出現鬆動跡象，實施較為嚴厲的房市調控政策的溫州市近日放寬了對購買第二套住房的限制。此外，大陸房地產上市公司近日陸續傳出，計畫透過再融資支持商品住宅、商業物業等項目，引發了市場對監管單位將開放房企再融資大門的強烈預期。
大陸7月全國100個城市(新建)住宅平均價格為1萬0,347元/平米(人民幣)，較6月上漲0.87%，為連續第14個月上漲，且漲幅較上月擴大0.1個百分點。

【陳郁仁／巴拉圭報導】總統馬英九在巴拉圭時間晚間近11時（台北時間上午11時），抵達友邦巴拉圭，他此次來訪是為了參加新任總統卡提斯的就職典禮。
巴拉圭即將卸任的現任總統佛朗哥親自到機場迎接馬總統，兩人隨後進行會晤。據了解，上次佛朗哥3月訪問台灣時，馬總統知道他想減肥，特意送了他體重器，教他控制飲食和每日監測體脂肪；今天佛朗哥很開心的說，「瘦了2公斤」。
佛朗哥總統也說，此次有很多訪問團來參加就職典禮，但只有台灣團是由他親自接待，顯見兩國邦誼穩固。今機場也有許多僑胞，儘管巴拉圭深夜只有12度的低溫，但僑胞依舊不減熱情，歡迎馬總統的來訪。

【汪智博／台東報導】近年分赴國外參加國際彩繪設計油漆裝潢類比賽的多名得獎者，在前輩陳協建號召下組成「台漆線漆作團隊」，並於日前赴台東順天宮蘇府王爺廟進行牆壁彩繪公益活動，爬上三、四層樓的高度，在悶熱的天候下揮汗作畫。
今年甫拿下世界賽銅牌的沈秉豪說，此次雖然是人生第一次幫廟彩會，卻有不同深度的體驗學習；即將赴南華科大就讀研究所的林裕強則認為，公益的學習會讓成員們更懂得珍惜現況。
「台漆線」負責人陳協進表示，這批學生分別來自北科大、台科大等，是台灣培訓的選手，為了不要讓這群菁英「只有金錢的觀念，要學會為台灣做一點事情」，因此每兩年做一次公益活動，從偏鄉學校畫到廟宇，民間單位有需要，就會去幫忙彩繪，學習包括技巧、公益付出等概念，日後更能用到作品上。

針對陸軍下士洪仲丘猝死案，媒體人張友驊點名542旅旅部連上士范佐憲，「為什麼他至今仍能消遙？因為范佐憲就是542旅政戰主任戴家有放在542旅的細胞、抓耙仔，最大線民」。
張友驊12日在中天新聞《台灣顧問團》節目中說，軍高檢應該去問問戴家有，「范佐憲打了洪仲丘多少小報告？多少事情由他來策動？因為范佐憲要當眼線，所以沒有人動得了他」。
張友驊說，陸軍司令部政戰主任曾有福替范佐憲背書，否認他經營地下錢莊、說他打卡42次「都在營外」，這些種種護范的說詞，究其背後最大的原因，就是因為范佐憲是陸軍團在542旅的政戰細胞，簡稱「抓耙仔」。
