【綜合報導】如果你中了樂透頭獎，獲得數千萬甚至上億台幣的獎金，你會立即辭職環遊世界嗎？

美國紐澤西州16名維修工人，上周合資買彩券，中了「威力球」頭獎，每人獲稅後380萬美元，約1.14億台幣的獎金，除了一人之外，其他人都表示會繼續工作。

蓋洛普一項調查也發現，三分之二的美國打工族，就算中了1000萬美元，約3億台幣的獎金，也會繼續工作。最新的調查結果顯示，44%受訪打工族表示會繼續現職，23%表示會換工作，31%表示會停止工作，2%未能確定怎樣做。

中頭獎後會繼續工作的人數，比8年前還要多，研究員指可能與經濟衰退有關，人們就算發了橫財，依然擔心財政狀況，並珍惜一份穩定工作。加上考慮到通膨等因素，不少受訪者認為中了1千萬美元，也不像以前一樣等於超級富豪。

【姚惠珍／台北報導】王品（2727）董事長戴勝益今受邀出席商發院主辦的兩岸連鎖品牌服務業發展與轉型論壇，對於王品明年營運展望，戴勝益指出，台灣方面明年會推出一個全新的平價餐飲品牌，而今年甫推出的平價鐵板燒「hot 7」更會積極展店。
 
戴勝益說：「不管是台灣或是中國，符合庶民經濟的平價餐飲品牌，是王品會一直堅持下去的道路，而明年還會有2個品牌進行海外授權，搶攻東北亞以及東南亞市場。」
 
目前王品在台灣有246個據點，在中國也有62個據點，而最近3個月內，中國石二鍋也將新增3~4個店面。展望明年，戴勝益表示，明年上半年除了台灣會有一個全新的平價餐飲品牌出現外，同時會有2個品牌海外授權，授權地應是東北亞及東南亞。
 
戴勝益說：「授權期應該會以5年為一期，前5年會針對展店數、營業額跟獲利率設下一個門檻，符合了門檻，將會再進行第二期的5年授權，而一開始授權就會有一筆授權金入袋，之後才按照營收，抽取一定成數的比例。」

【綜合報導】中國江蘇省江陰25歲的產婦芳芳，怎麼也不會想到自己5歲時不小心吞下的繡花針，竟然會藏在子宮壁內20年，日前進行剖腹生產時才被醫生發現取出。醫生指出，芳芳的個案異常罕見。

這支繡花針長約4公分，顏色發黑，已完全生鏽，幸好並未深入子宮肌層進入子宮腔，否則後果不堪設想。芳芳是因為超過預產期8天孩子還沒有出生，才到當地醫院進行剖腹生產，順利產下了一名女嬰。

醫生在手術中探查子宮雙側時，見子宮右側下方埋藏一支長約4公分、直徑約1公厘的黑褐色硬物，起初以以為是女用避孕環，但形狀又不像。醫生一問下，芳芳才想起，自己在5歲時曾吞下一支繡花針，因為當時沒有不適症狀，家人沒理會，隨後也沒出現異樣，就沒再理會，直到結婚懷孕。

了解情況後，醫生用血管鉗從腹腔順利取出繡花針。醫生相信，繡花針被芳芳吞進肚內後，進入胃部、腸道，再在腹腔內游走，最後停留在骨盆腔子宮旁間隙的安全位置，牢牢地固定在子宮壁上，20年來沒有造成任何重大傷害，當事人還能懷孕生產，個案實屬罕見。
