【李銘宏╱新北報導】台灣汽車客運（國光客運前身）位於新北市樹林區中正路的機料廠，已經廢棄10多年，昨天凌晨3時許該廢棄廠後方草皮，疑因天乾物燥起火燃燒，民眾騎乘機車經過發現報案，警消獲報立即派遣車輛趕往，立刻拉水線灌救，火勢一度猛烈、濃煙直竄天際，消防員費時約半小時後撲滅火勢，初部調查無人傷亡，起火確切原因仍待鑑識。

【綜合報導】松山機場因老舊，前年進行「松山機場建築物結構耐震補強工程」，現今卻爆發偷工減料弊端，用來避震的阻尼器，包商不僅未使用足量膠結材料EPOXY膠，還拿米袋當填充物，嚴重影響避震效果，調查局昨搜索，約談永耀營造負責人張秀鳳及建築師郭怡良等四名業者，晚上依詐欺、違反《政府採購法》等罪嫌移送北檢複訊。

聽聞以米袋混充，中華民國結構技師全聯會理事長蔡榮根十分震驚，表示以此結構位置來看，屬於結構重要的位置，不能用米袋固定。

【石明啟／桃園報導】軍事審判法修正公告，今天上午7時50分，北部軍事看守所第一批移監獄由台北院檢、霹靂幹警、武裝憲兵等車隊押解，軍事受刑人穿著藍色囚服坐廂型車，直接押往台北監獄。
 
第二批移監車隊，8時5分許，由桃園院檢、持槍警察、憲兵等押解。

【綜合報導】】新修訂的《軍審法》今天上路，台灣司法史上最大規模移監今晨陸續展開，前憲兵司令何雍堅中將等軍犯，稍早也從桃園八德看守所移至台北監獄，目前已進行運送第2批軍囚。

另，台南軍監日新山莊今天清晨起拂曉執行移監作業，首批今晨6時15分許赴北監，目前已進行到第4批。

高雄市長陳菊率領代表團訪問大陸，今天下午參訪福建省福州市後結束。她表示，參訪的市長都強調合作的重要性，收穫很好。

繼訪問大陸天津、廣東深圳、福建廈門市長，邀請市長參加2013亞太城市高峰會之後，陳菊與代表團今天下午訪問福州市長楊益民，也邀請參加亞太城市高峰會。

陳菊接受媒體訪問時表示，除她率團訪問大陸天津、廣東深圳、福建廈門、福州市長，邀請市長參加2013亞太城市高峰會，市府環保局長也訪問山東日照市邀請參加城市高峰會，日照市長表示會參加。

陳菊表示，這些城市距離高雄最近，實質來往也最多，與市長們談話中大家都很重視；未來城市間能否有更多交流互動、經濟發展，包括觀光、郵輪航線創造雙贏，合作很重要。她歡迎廈門市長劉可清開闢廈門、高雄、澎湖與香港間郵輪航線的計畫。

她表示，代表團舉辦多場高雄推介會，讓大家了解高雄的魅力，歡迎大家到高雄觀光旅遊；城市間有些景觀不同，但城市有更多交流是正向的。

她表示，這次參訪行程中，看到大陸城市的進步發展，有些城市市長到過高雄，也給高雄很多肯定。這次與這些市長的往來，大家都強調合作的重要性，希望未來大家能以合作替代競爭，創造雙贏，大家認同這個方向，收穫很好。

2009年曾訪問大陸的陳菊表示，這次參訪看到大陸城市發展快速，發展也有效率。經過10年看到大陸南部城市，深圳被視為經濟發展奇蹟、廈門小三通有台灣鄉親往來兩岸等的發展朝正面方向，兩岸交流是好的。

她表示，將來如有適當時機，對城市發展如能創造富麗雙贏，當然會再訪問大陸。
