【施昂強／台北報導】藝人「秦楊」攻擊救護人員！今日凌晨3時許，北市消防局復興分隊在敦化南路2段201號前執行一名酒醉路倒民眾清創救護，警消到場發現路倒清創患者竟是藝人「秦楊」。
藝人秦楊本名莊政博(43歲)由於額頭有2公分外傷及酒醉情形，在朋友的陪同之下上救護車前往國泰就醫，救醫途中秦楊酒醉情況嚴重，口中不時飆出三字經等不雅字眼，一旁還不願配合救護同仁處理額頭傷口，還揮拳打傷救護員下體，導致林姓救護員下體疼痛挫傷，但最後救護人員還是忍痛先將秦楊送往國泰醫院處理，事後勤務結束再到仁愛醫院驗傷，再到派出所提出傷害及妨礙公務等告訴。

| 韓廠再爆血汗工廠 逼員工穿尿布上班

【綜合報導】繼巴西指控韓國三星公司逼迫員工每日超時上班15小時，今日又爆出有韓國廠商一樣是血汗工廠。宏都拉斯工會指出，一間韓資工廠「慶信(Kyungshin，譯音)」限制員工上廁所，還逼員工要穿尿布上班。
據了解，這家工廠生產汽車電子零件與其他設備，主要輸往美國，員工近5000人，大部份是女性。當地勞工部門高級檢查員說，有關當局今年曾試圖進入工廠檢查，但是都不得其門而入。
工會領袖多朗(Daniel Duron)說，公司主管規定員工一天只能上2次廁所，因此許多人乾脆都穿尿布上班，又指廠方在廁所裡安裝監視鏡頭，又逼有懷孕員工站立工作數小時。他說，部份員工想成立工會，結果都被開除。

【吳秀樺／台北報導】受到淡季出貨遞延影響及提列韓國子公司Hydis精簡組織費用，元太（8069）第2季虧損幅度10.08億元，每股淨損達0.93元，累計上半年每股淨損1.39元。展望第3季，元太財務長陳彥松指出，第2季會是全年的谷底，隨著出貨增溫，預估第3季營收會有倍數成長。
元太今日舉行法說會，今年第2季元太與Hydis進行產品線調整，因時處淡季部分客戶電子紙產品出貨遞延，加上液晶面板出貨量少，導致第2季營收較第1季近乎腰斬、下滑46%；除本業虧損，同時還得提列Hydis精簡組織相關費用，讓第2季每股虧損幅度較第1季近乎倍增，累計上半年每股虧損1.39元。

| 印尼「五月天」開唱 慰新北3萬移工

【何柏均／新北報導】日前外籍勞工佔據台北車站慶祝開齋節剛過，新北市政府也將舉辦印尼文化嘉年華活動慰勞印尼移工。本周18日星期天，將在板橋體育館舉辦，邀請號稱有印尼五月天之稱的搖滾團體「SLANK」現場演唱。
新北市政府勞工局表示，新北市外籍勞工中印尼籍約佔50%，達3萬1,641人，佔新北市各國外勞人數之冠，正好8月17日為印尼國慶日，新北市政府將邀請出道30年，發行200多張專輯，為無數印尼電影製作配樂的超級搖滾樂團SLANK演出，讓印尼外勞有正常休閒娛樂的活動。
