【吳世龍、林錫淵／高雄報導】高市大寮區一名婦人疑情緒不穩，今天連續兩次割腕自殺，幸經機警2名幼女打119求助，才避免憾事發生。

今天上午8點30分，高市消防局獲報有婦人割腕，中庄消防分隊趕到將受傷婦人送醫，不料119指揮中心於11點30分左右又接獲一小女生電話，指媽媽在做傻事，又在割腕自殺，經查地址和上午割腕婦人相同，隨即派出中庄分隊救護車前往，婦人拒不開門，幸在眾人勸說下，婦人開門由救護人員包紮傷口，送上救護車就醫。

割腕自殺的37歲侯姓婦人有2名女兒，分別為7歲與5歲，由於她們機警求救，憾事才未發生。警方初步瞭解，婦人與先生工作狀況不穩定，經濟不佳，可能因此想不開。

結節性癢疹為慢性疣狀結節，多半發生於四肢，尤其是小腿的伸側面。與中醫典籍記載的『馬疥』相類似，《諸病源侯論》：馬疥者，皮肉隱嶙起作根土庶，搔之不知痛。

【病因病理】：體內蘊濕，外感風毒，或昆蟲叮咬，濕邪風毒聚結肌膚而成。

【症狀特點】：皮疹為豌豆至蠶豆大小，圓錐形或半球形的堅實結節，表面光滑，顏色灰褐或褐紅色，劇烈搔癢，多見於成年婦女，好發四肢伸側，過程緩慢。

【辨證施治】：皮疹呈疣狀，劇烈搔癢，舌苔薄白，脈緩滑。屬素體蘊濕，外感蟲毒，凝聚而成。宜除濕解毒，疏風止癢，治以消風散、五味消毒飲、真人活命飲、地膚子。

【病案舉例】：王太太，53歲，臉部、頸部、手腳多處生出結節性癢疹，可以擠出血水，不易癒合，已3-4年，範圍越來越大，經服用上述處方後，逐漸改善，非常開心。
