台灣漁船屢在釣魚台被日本驅趕，民間團體6月向宜蘭地方法院遞狀，要日本首相安倍晉三賠償漁損，宜蘭地方法院駁回。

宜蘭漁民代表曾太山、前立委張俊宏、城鄉改造環境保護基金會、中華國家法治改造促進會、台灣綠能抗暖化協會等12名原告，在今年6月17日前往宜蘭地方法院遞出民事訴訟狀，要求安倍晉三與日本防衛省賠償。

民事訴訟狀中指出，釣魚台是中華民國固有領土，但數10年來日本屢次以武力恫嚇，讓漁民們無法進行作業，安倍晉三之後又將釣魚台國有化，12名原告每人向日方求償新台幣60萬元。

宜蘭地方法院民事庭經過近兩個月的審理，日前駁回。

民事庭指出，在公共水域與公共水域相連的非公共水域經營漁業者，應經相關主管機關核准並取得漁業證明；12名原告雖主張漁業權人或遭受漁業損失，但沒有提出經我國相關主管機關就釣魚台海域核發的漁業權，也沒有提供相關資料，足以證明遭受損失。

民事庭指出，12名原告的主張沒有根據，法院得不經言詞辯論，直接駁回。

我不是房產專家,
但我不能否認幾年來陸續購置的房產漲幅驚人,
身邊有幾個友人,包括我在內,
決定年底前要將北市的房產賣掉,
落袋為安,
除留自住的一間之外,
其餘全轉成現金,
初估每人應都增加數百至數千萬存款。

我認為,美國經濟數據轉好,
不管FED未來是YELLEN上還是SUMMERS掌旗,
我都認為QE該結束了。
很多人說通膨時代該買不動產,
那麼通縮呢?
更何況,通縮和通膨有時是互相依伴的,
我常戲稱現代根本就是通貨渾沌的時代,
未來兩三年,恐怕是多數的人感覺消費是緊縮的。

有錢人的錢來得快,就好像在印鈔票似的,
所以奢侈品價格節節高升,是謂消費市場中的通膨行為;
至於平價品市場,薪資不漲,萬物皆要比價才下得了手,
不然就是少買一點,是不是儼然成為通縮現象?

如果台灣有錢人占5%,中產階級25%,
那麼有起碼有70%的人是屬於掏錢會心痛的族群,
當貧富差距大到讓多數民眾覺得不合理,
無殼蝸牛就再度該走上街頭了。

今天是2013年8月16日,
我只是想在未來數年印證一下自己的想法是對是錯,
故特留此記錄。
