【財經中心╱台北報導】對主計處小幅下修今年經濟成長率至2.31%，鴻海（2317）、聯電（2303）均認為，下半年是產業旺季，表現應會優於總體經濟成長力道；裕隆（2201）、晶華（2707）則表示，年度調薪不會與經濟成長率連動。
鴻海發言人邢治平表示，經濟成長有起有落，這是企業經營必須面對的考驗，「景氣好壞不是重點，要看自己努力程度夠不夠」。他說，就目前來看，公司狀況並未受到大環境太大影響，且下半年本是電子業旺季，一切進度都在預期中。

日月光：持續努力

聯電財務長劉啟東認為，第3季景氣看來還好，公司營運會小幅成長，第4季的確有部分客戶調降庫存，公司會謹慎因應。
日月光（2311）主管則說，第3季財測已反映對下半年景氣保守看法，惟即使國內經濟成長率下修，公司今年仍以逐季成長及優於整體封測產業成長為目標。至於是否會影響後續加薪，日月光指暫無法評論，按過去慣例，公司都是依考績給予不同加薪幅度。
裕日車協理李振成指出，今年以來銷售趨緩，所幸經由促銷，部分車款仍然熱賣，在經濟未明顯復甦之際，全年車市仍會略較去年衰退。裕隆集團日前剛宣布加薪，高階主管說，調薪主要是物價指數波動連結，去年因為波動不到門檻，因此未調整，但在公司賺錢前提下，今年將加薪約3%。

中鋼：能保2就好

晶華酒店執行長薛雅萍則表示，公司調整薪水幅度主要視員工個人表現而定，不會因經濟環境好壞而波動，且雖然這2年外在經濟環境不好，不過去年仍平均加薪3%，最高加薪幅度甚至達20%，今年暫無加薪計劃。
中鋼（2002）執行副總李慶超則認為，全年能保2就好，希望進入第4季旺季，能帶動訂單與營收表現。
對主計處下修，全國商業總會理事長張平沼表示「不意外」，因為景氣雖然有逐漸好轉，但的確還沒到完全復甦地步，「能夠保2%就很不錯了！」張平沼也說，惟有經濟景氣好轉，企業才可能獲利，不但企業主有獲利時願為員工加薪，若到時候要調漲電價，企業負擔才不會那麼大。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】市場擔憂量化寬鬆退場，資金從新興市場流出，但瑞銀台灣區負責人李天成表示，下半年台灣市場是有動能，主要考量日圓貶值對南韓影響較大、美國經濟已好轉、歐洲市場衰退最壞情況已過，預期今年剩下幾個月台灣經濟會好一些，台灣出口應可慢慢回溫，明年台灣GDP有可望上看3%，未來幾個月仍看好台灣股市，建議加碼台股。
 
李天成指出，QE不是退場而是減碼，資金有從新興市場是有流回美國，對新興市場有一定影響，但不會像1990年代亞洲金融風暴，因為新興國家外匯準備充足，財政赤字不大，資金流出影響也不大，仍正向看好台灣。資產配置看好美股、美高收益債，新興市場中台灣也是不錯。後QE時代來臨，對亞洲市場是短空長多，QE早晚會縮減，短期資金是有抽離，但長遠對亞洲而言不是壞事。
 
瑞銀台灣區財富管理執行長陳允懋也指出，近期較看好美國和日本市場，新興市場要比較謹慎，美國目前失業率持續改善中，消費力道持續長長，房市交易也轉趨熱絡，預期美國景氣持續呈現復甦，投資題材看好「三美」美股、美債、美元。
 
瑞銀證券今天舉行家庭日，李天成和陳允懋分別扮成卡通《玩具總動員》中的牛仔警長胡迪（Woody），太空人巴斯光年（Buzz Lightyear），與小朋友同歡。瑞銀家庭日已連續舉行達8年，每年都會有主題，讓瑞銀員工親子同樂。陳允懋更表示，不少員工的小朋友是從小看到大，熟到名字都喊得出來。

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國今天公布眾多經濟數據顯示美國經濟穩健復甦，引發市場擔憂美國聯準會（Federal Reserve，Fed）恐將縮減QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）疑慮，拖累美股3大指數早盤開低，其中道瓊工業指數一度跌逾200點、或1.3%；S&P 500指數8天來第7度下挫，一度跌逾1%；歐股如德、法股市同步下挫1%。
