【綜合報導】埃及首都開羅周五繼續爆發警民衝突，一段YouTube影片顯示，軍方向阿茲巴其亞地區附近的一座天橋開火，民眾爭相走避。有人從天橋爬繩索到地面，但也有趕不及爬繩索的人，為了逃生匆忙從橋上跳下，場面非常混亂。

加拿大6月製造業銷售意外下滑，主要受珠寶及銀製品、金屬加工製品與木製品銷售不佳拖累。

加拿大統計局16日公布，製造業銷售金額較前月萎縮0.5%至482.2億加幣（468億美元），不如市場預期的成長0.3%。5月製造業銷售經修正後成長0.6%。

加拿大10個省分有5個製造業銷售減少，其中安大略下滑1.9%。製造業銷售的21個細項中，占製造業部門達56%的16個細項呈現萎縮，顯示加拿大製造業6月全面衰退。

其中，雜項製造業銷售減幅高達20.2%，原因是該細項之下的珠寶及銀製品業，受金價下跌衝擊。金屬加工製品業銷售衰退6.5%，主因為營建及結構金屬業表現不佳。木製品業銷售萎縮7.7%。

好消息是，受惠於航太產品及零件業訂單增加，製造業新訂單較前月增加2.5%至501.2億加幣（485.4億美元）。

今天的說明會有：南非、印度、印尼等新興市場國家經貿官員及駐台辦事處代表、台商聯誼會代表、以及具海外市場實務開發經驗的專家及業者蒞臨與會，以專題演講方式提供海外市場特性及給予台商正確的拓銷策略建議，藉此協助我國企業瞭解海外市場總體環境、產業現況與商機所在，以利企業研擬未來海外布局策略。

經濟部中小企業處副處長林美雪指出，中小企業前進海外市場，除了要面對來自國際品牌大廠的競爭，還要與海外在地業者一較高下，往往得歷經多重激烈競爭，才能順利取得商機。因此，中小企業處除協助我國企業加速育成、創新，更精心策畫「前進海外市場系列」活動，整合各面向資源，幫助企業掌握海外在地商業環境、商機所在以及提供最佳拓銷策略，讓中小企業透過育成加速機制完成升級轉型後，可以更順利取得全球市場商機。

為提升大桃園在地產業的產學合作機制與競爭力，中小企業處特別邀請桃園縣工策會、桃園縣工業會、桃園縣中小企業榮譽指導協進會、北區工業區管理處北桃園隊 (林口、觀音、大園、龜山工業服務中心)、桃竹團隊 (中壢、平鎮、桃幼、新竹工業區服務中心)、台灣技術聯盟、大桃園產學技轉聯盟以及產學合作行銷平台等單位共襄盛舉。

此外，為讓產、官、學、研各界在會中有更緊密且務實的互動，現場除讓企業進行交流，提供企業產品設計與市場行銷策略專題課程，更安排中原大學特色研究中心的生技中心與設計學院進行參訪，以期達到中小企業前進海外開拓國際新市場時，有更全方位的資源與能量。
