　　「豪小子」林書豪本週來台重心放在籃球和公益活動，除了高中、大專為主的籃球訓練營外，他今天(17日)前進國中指導小將。

　　美國職籃(NBA)休士頓火箭的台裔球星林書豪14日抵達台灣，今天受運動品牌之邀，將與101學年度國中男籃聯賽冠軍金華國中球員碰面。

　　豪小子除了向小球員分享個人訓練課程外，也將參加Nike Summer Nights，擔任Nike2013球場之王冠軍隊場邊指導教練，與Nike明星隊切磋，用行動傳遞他對籃球的熱情，鼓勵青少年勇敢實現夢想。

　　另外，「2013國泰夢想豪小子林書豪籃球訓練營」18日至20日登場，除了林書豪外，火箭「高富帥」帕森斯(Chandler Parsons)將於今晚抵台，接下來和隊友共同主持訓練營。

　　而火箭「魔獸」霍華德(Dwight Howard)將於19日來台，預計在20日於adidas 101籃球公園跟球迷見面。

監察院長王建與監委的戰爭，由於是監察史上首次發生，震撼台北政壇。經過一晚沈澱，昨天出現緩和跡象，...

大埔美園區弊案，檢方認定當時任立委的張花冠收賄三千萬，而予起訴。毫不意外地，張花冠高喊「政治起訴」，並強調這是檢方針對「民進黨籍縣長」的起訴。

張花冠拿「綠縣長」的帽子往自己頭上戴，認為因此而被「入罪」。但這種「顏色論」有沒有道理，幾件事可為佐證。第一，同案被調查的前嘉義縣長陳明文、前經建會副主委張景森，也都是「正綠」，但因事證不足都未被起訴。張花冠的綠色起訴說豈能成立？

第二，如果指控檢方是針對「綠縣長」才起訴，別忘了，同樣因涉貪而有案在身的也包括了「藍縣長」和「藍民代」。前南投縣長李朝卿被起訴，羈押四個月後才准交保；轟動一時的賴素如涉雙子星案，被指收賄金額一百萬元，羈押四個月至今仍不准交保。

張花冠涉貪其實不只大埔美這一案，她另涉嘉義縣環保局垃圾車採購弊案，去年已和其妹共同被起訴。但「綠縣長」至今到處趴趴走，還給司法體系扣上「政治黑手企圖用司法手段影響縣政」的罪名。相形之下，賴素如向法庭強調自己在第一時間就講出此事（所以當時輿論一致訕笑其「笨」），希望「羈押要符合比例原則」，但始終不獲交保，藍營也都噤言不敢聲援。

民進黨把林益世、賴素如當作「藍營貪汙」的招牌教材，大肆宣揚；對於歡迎阿扁回黨這件事，卻強調不能切割，縱有同志林濁水批評羞恥亦不以為意。如果說，因「顏色論」而真有差別待遇，不論政治面、司法面看，厚此薄彼的到底是厚了誰？薄了誰？社會應有公評吧！

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中央氣象局預測，今日全台持續受到低壓帶影響，天氣與昨類似，相當不穩定，全台整天都可能有陣雨或雷雨，尤其南部下雨時間較長，提醒民眾注意瞬間大雨、雷擊和強陣風，山區也要慎防溪水暴漲、坍方及落石，低窪地區要慎防淹水。溫度部分，由於雲量多加上下雨，預測最高溫度和昨天相差不大，各地在30到31℃左右，但因水汽增加，不下雨時仍會感受悶熱。  

氣象局提醒，未來一周低壓帶在台灣附近，未來幾天在適當條件下，東部海面不排除有新的熱帶系統出現，並影響台灣各地降雨狀況，但是否會有系統生成、生成的位置及強度，不確定性很高，不過一旦有系統生成，離台灣會很近，可能預警時間會變很短，氣象局會密切關注。

【李卉婷／屏東報導】屏東滿洲鄉出風鼻景點昨日晚間六時許發生一起12位登山客疑似不熟路況，受困山中意外，今晨全數平安尋獲。看著天色漸暗，也沒有帶夜燈情況下，同行友人也幾乎精疲力盡，還有一位心臟病患者，只能靠著斷斷續續的訊號撥電話求救，警消、海巡出動20餘人，徒步約五公里的碎石路，耗時七小時，終於將受困山中的12名登山客全數救出，但仍有一名心臟不適及兩名左腳扭傷患者送醫治療。
 
警方調查指出，12名登山客分別從台北、高雄，6男6女在大學時期為登山社同好，有心臟病的是季裕程(49歲)、腳步扭傷的分別為張俶玲(38歲)、李逸蓉(47歲)，獲救經休息後送醫，目前已無大礙。
 
腳程較快最先走出受困處的王美芸(41歲)形容當下心情，「忐忑不安。」二十年前曾與同好來過出風鼻，昨日早上九時從欖仁溪進入，預計下午五時出嘉樂水，沒想到途中卻因為長途跋涉，同行友人早已精疲力盡，天色又漸黑，趕緊通報救援，還好友人皆平安，「不幸中的大幸。」

【綜合報導】江西廬山於2005年底引進了一批猴子，經過8年繁殖，猴子的數量增加到了100多隻，分為幾個部落，各自佔山為王，經常撒野搗蛋、製造麻煩。為了控制猴子種群數量，廬山有關部門有計劃地向猴子餵避孕藥。

景區工作人員介紹，2005年底引進的第一批猴子經過馴化，一般不會傷人，但牠們的後代沒有經過馴化，一出生就在野外，隻隻野性十足。有時會弄傷遊客，還搶走手機等物品。看見小朋友手中拿着果凍、餅乾等食物，猴子們會撲上來搶，嚇得小朋友哇哇大哭。

工作人員表示，每天早晚，猴子都會到遊客多的地方去討吃。在遊客多時，職員派人專門在猴子常出沒的地方，提醒遊客注意。

每年3月到10月是廬山的旅遊旺季，猴子不愁吃，但進入冬天旅遊淡季後，山上沒什麼可吃。特別是大雪封山的時候， 如果不給猴子投食，牠們就會有性命之虞。每年這個時候，景區工作人員就每天去為猴子投食，乘機在食物中摻入避孕藥，不過效果不是很好。

景區準備請專業人員對猴子進行馴化，讓它們變得乖一點，盡量少惹麻煩。

【綜合報導】一名居住在美國佛羅里達州的女子在7月底向警方求助，指收到一個不明來歷的包裹，而寄件人及收件人都是自己的名字。警方在隔日派出拆彈專家到場，打開包裹後卻發現裡面沒有任何爆裂物，反而有一件粉紅色的塑膠情趣玩具。

該女子強調自己沒有訂購過這件性玩具，而據傳她最近搭上一名已婚男子，其男子的妻子知道這名「小三」的存在，疑似因而進行這場惡作劇。
