【綜合報導】潭美颱風進逼台灣，受到外圍雲系影響，今天台灣東半部和北部地區已降下大雨，氣象將軍俞川心指出，雖然潭美增中颱機會小，但颱風雲系廣泛，挾帶的雨勢不容小覷。

俞川心在中天新聞氣象預報中指出，潭美颱風有增強的可能，但強度有限，即使如此仍不可輕忽颱風環流，預計明天中午過後接近台灣，屆時愈晚雨愈大。
