【吳凌祺／綜合報導】本田（Honda）汽車在上周末於日本鈴鹿（Suzuka）賽道舉行的超級GT賽事中，讓醞釀已久的傳奇跑車NSX後繼版、以NSX Concept-GT概念賽車的身分正式現身。NSX是本田叱吒1990年代的純種跑車，同時亦是日本車廠第一輛拳打保時捷、腳踢法拉利的作品，深得本田車迷喜愛，至今中古車價仍居高不下。
 
日本鈴鹿 在2002年推出NSX小改款後因車廠政策轉變、不久即宣告停產，之後車廠推出後繼車型的消息一直甚囂塵上、但一直不見具體新車現身；現在過了十年之後，本田終於決定讓這部傳奇跑車復出。目前這部NSX Concept-GT雖以概念賽車之姿曝光，但據聞外型已是未來量產基本雛形，動力則採中置2.0升渦輪增壓引擎加上電動馬達，是一部不折不扣的油電跑車。

【王立德／台北報導】《公債法》修正條文在6月底經立法院三讀通過，財政部今天依法公布各直轄市可舉債上限，其中台北市到明年底前，最多還可再多借1306.62億元，新北市686.23億元、桃園縣636.89億元、台中市614.7億元、台南市488.98億元、高雄市486.64億元。 
 
財政部國庫署副署長陳雪香說，總債限的計算基礎，從GNP（Gross National Product，國民生產毛額）改為GDP（Gross Domestic Product，國內生產毛額），而1年以上公債未償餘額佔前3年度GDP平均數的比率，分別為40.6%、直轄市7.65%、縣（市）1.63%、鄉（鎮市）0.12%，待行政院核定後即可實施。
