【綜合報導】迪士尼魔法再現，為廣告近來推出的電玩遊戲「迪士尼無限世界」(Disney Infinity)，在英國多佛爾海峽的峭壁上，投射高達80公尺的著名動畫人物，巴斯光年、超能先生，神鬼奇航裡的傑克船長和毛怪等人物，進入英吉利海峽，就一定會看見。

不只在峭壁上大手筆廣告，迪士尼還在倫敦街頭，推出「數位迪士尼遊行」，動畫人物在大街小巷現身，整個城市就像他們的遊樂場，成功吸引民眾目光。

【顏振凱／台北報導】民進黨8年執政研討會下午討論國防議題，對即將上路的全募兵制，前行政院長游錫堃、前國防部長蔡明憲、前國防部副部長柯承亨都認為應反省、檢討。游也坦言，他做過行政院長，募兵制這決定，他也曾大力推動過，但現在看來有問題，黨內也要反省、檢討，也該對此有腹案。

蔡明憲則說，如以色列、新加坡，都是徵兵募兵同時進行，台灣如要全募兵，要有兩先決條件，一是不會妨礙台灣軍事安全，二則是先招募到足額志願役軍人，才能實施全募兵，但現在中國不放棄武力犯台，也威脅台灣，目前狀況募兵兵額也不夠，柯承亨也透露，昨天才有監察委員找他研究，看怎樣對募兵制設定停損點，他認為募兵制是選舉口號，做不到就要嚴肅面對。

此外，蔡明憲、柯承亨等也都認為，如果民進黨有機會再執政，還是應該貫徹文人部長理念，蔡說，對先前因抄襲案去職的楊念祖，他本有期待，但楊辭職了，很可惜，柯則說，唯有文人部長，才能打破軍種本位限制。

【綜合報導】內戰中的敘利亞昨傳出重大傷亡，政府軍對首都大馬士革近郊、反抗軍控制數個區域持續砲擊猛攻，並疑似使用神經毒沙林毒氣，反抗軍稱「毒氣屠殺」造成1300死，包括許多兒童，這些遺體無外傷、外裹的白布不見血，似佐證反抗軍的指控。若死亡人數獲確認，將是1988年伊拉克以沙林屠殺庫德族500人後，死傷最慘重的毒氣攻擊事件。

敘國政府昨否認用毒氣，指這是反抗軍「齷齪的媒體戰伎倆」，意在誤導聯合國調查；反抗組織痛斥政府以砲彈夾帶毒劑屠殺，連幼童都不放過：「聯合國小組根本是個笑話，阿塞德用化武告訴世界，他壓根不在乎。」國際社會表達關切，呼籲聯合國安理會採取行動，終止悲劇。

桃園地院今天上午重開羈押庭，范佐憲首先庭訊，他坦承知道禁閉室要排隊，「是副旅長」要開士評會。

審判長問答時，范佐憲原本應答流利，從第三個問題之後，又變得口吃。

范佐憲對審判長提問似乎聽不懂，審判長提問時幾乎都要重新解釋。

審判長一開始針對士評會提問，質疑為何召開士評會，未按規定簽核委員名冊，會後才送人評會複審。范佐憲說，因為不曉得要上簽人評會，「我沒問人事業務」。

范佐憲說，是何江忠要召開士評會。

至於是否聽聞禁閉室需要排隊，范佐憲表示有。至於是否看過士評會投票單，他說「人事有拿來給我看」。

審判長問士評會的各委員投票單如何記載，范佐憲似乎聽不懂，審判長再重問「投票單寫什麼」，他才回答「寫悔過，本來寫禁閉」。

范佐憲、何江忠、徐信正的多名家屬都到科技法庭旁聽。
