【綜合報導】現年70歲的美國加州聖地牙哥市長費爾納(Bob Filner)日前遭到18名女子指控性侵，昨日在龐大壓力下，費爾納同意在月底正式辭職，也結束僅9個月的市長生涯。

昨日費爾納在記者會上聲淚俱下強調：「我沒有意圖冒犯這些女性。」但曾有費爾納的女性前發言人傑克森(Irene McCormack Jackson)出面指控，指費爾納曾要求她不穿內褲上班。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】針對馬蘇服貿辯論，總統府副秘書長羅智強今說，民眾都期待辯論早日舉辦，如果《公視》願意做主辦單位，希望主辦單位能儘快協調雙方時間進行協商，也希望不要再有任何技術上門檻，拖延協商時間，讓辯論無法舉辦。

此外，民進黨主席蘇貞昌日前拒絕由四報一社（中國時報、聯合報、自由時報、蘋果日報、中央通訊社）共同舉辦辯論，也要求辯論會媒體不得提問。羅智強說，府方本來樂見四報一社參與辯論的準備和提問，因為這樣不同媒體的觀點可以讓辯論更透明化、多元和完整，不過，「既然蘇主席有堅持，只好配合，畢竟最終目的還是要辯論辦得成。」

除了推出金色版本、雙 LED 補光燈，iPhone 5S 還會有什麼驚喜呢？現在傳出 iPhone 5S 將搭載 64 位的 A7 處理器，相較現行 A6 快上 31%，搭配 iOS 7 系統也將會更流暢。

隨著9月10日蘋果發布會的臨近，有越來越多的新設備的細節浮出水面。FOX News Channel的主播Clayton Morris今天在Twitter上稱，iPhone 5S將採用蘋果自主開發的A7處理器（而非改版的A6晶片），運行速度會比iPhone 5的A6晶片快上約31%。A6為雙核，A7可能也是雙核。

對比A6，A7最大的不同點在於，它是64位的。9to5mac的消息稱，64位的A7處理器能讓動畫、半透明等iOS 7的圖像效果比在此前的設備上運行得更為流暢。

此外，推出在即的第五代 iPad 可能也會採用同一款晶片，甚至是 A7 晶片的改進版本，以支持更多的像素。

張連紅原在淡水老街開「順發腳踏車行」維生，「日據時代修到現在」，六年前他因失智症惡化，修好車忘了收錢，吃過晚飯還要再吃，無法自理生活，家人只好歇業，兩年前安排他住進馬偕醫院淡水院區。

醫院護理長李莉讀高中的兒子，上月騎著上萬元的變速車摔得鼻青臉腫，車也壞了，想到媽媽就在馬偕，牽車走五公里就醫；李莉帶兒子敷藥包紮回來，卻發現摔壞的車竟被坐在輪椅上的張連紅修好了，當場傻眼。

李莉說，醫護人員這才發現「阿公超會修車、訣竅完全沒忘」，符合失智症典型症狀「越近的記不得，越遠的卻記得很清楚」，因此決定讓張連紅在病房重開「順發腳踏車行」，希望透過修理單車的過程改善失智症。

院方也讓張家人把店裡工具、設備帶來，連當初開店商業登記證都貼上，把病房布置成腳踏車店模樣，讓張連紅常到「店」裡走走；同事、病患若有壞掉的車，就牽到店裡維修。張的記憶和智能因此恢復不少。

「管它是幾段變速，舊車、新車我都會修。」張連紅也樂意幫忙，他說自己只是小學畢業的黑手，靠修車度日還娶妻生子，一輩子都離不開這行。

醫院打算下個月幫張連紅正式「掛牌」慶開幕，本想要把店名取為「連紅」、「阿紅」車行等，但張連紅說，「老店名卡好記啦」。
