【張勵德／台北報導】今天上午各地大多維持晴到多雲的穩定天氣，北部地區高溫可達攝氏35度，其他地區高溫約攝氏32到34度。中午過後西半部地區、宜花山區有午後短暫雷陣雨，部分地區熱對流發展旺盛，可能有局部性大雨伴隨雷擊與強陣風，民眾午後外出活動要記得攜帶雨具。

氣象局提醒，過去幾天山區連日出現大雨，土壤含水量大，前往山區活動要注意落石、坍方及土石流。此外，環保署預估今天全台各地紫外線指數，除了宜蘭是「高量級」以外，其餘各地均為「過量級」，民眾外出要做好防曬準備。

歐洲股市周五上漲。數據證實德國與英國經濟持續復甦，且歐元區消費者信心高於預期，為股市利多。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數上漲0.4%，收於304.71。周四，該指數創下三周來最大單日漲幅。

然而，本周大多時間，該指數均下跌，本周收低0.5%。投資人擔憂美國縮減購債計劃，為利空。

個股走勢中，FLSmidth (DK:FLS)上漲9.8%，該工程集團公布第二季獲利下降，將裁員1000人。

Croda International (UK:CRDA)收高4.3%。德意志銀行將該化學廠股票評等，由觀望調高至買進。

歐元區8月消費者信心上升至-15.6，分析師預估為-16.7，7月為-17.4。

在德國，周五的數據顯示，德國第二季經濟成長0.7%，證實了上周官方的估計。

英國第二季國內生產毛額(GDP)成長0.7%，高於預估的成長0.6%。

利多的經濟數據，助使大多歐洲股市周五收高。英國FTSE-100指數上漲0.7%至6492.10，本周則收低0.1%。

德國DAX-30指數上漲0.2%至8416.99，本周上漲0.3%。法國CAC-40指數收高0.3%至4069.47，削減本周跌幅至1.3%。

分析師說，採購經理指數良好，提供了歐元區復甦的信心。但仍擔憂歐元區的政治風險，可能讓該地區陷入動盪。

德國與奧地利即將進行選舉，且傳言希臘需要第三度紓困。今年稍後，一旦政治成為影響因素，將為市場利空。

 投資人亦持續猜測美國聯準會(Fed)何時開始縮減每月850億美元的購債計劃。本周稍早，因擔憂央行可能於9月便開始縮減購債計劃，使得股市受到壓力。

【綜合報導】性感又感官性十足的探戈正經歷重大變化，在阿根廷舉行的世界探戈錦標賽首度出現同性舞伴參賽。
 
阿根廷是探戈舞誕生地，令人意外的是，在這個傳統上強調男子氣概文化的保守社會，人們似乎欣然接受這種改變。
 
當拉米雷斯（Juan Pablo Ramirez）和阿洛尤（Daniel Arroyo）2名男子相握相擁，於布宜諾斯艾利斯的賽場上跟著1940年代經典舞曲翩然起舞時，全場爆出熱烈歡呼、掌聲雷動。
 
他們的演出很成功，拉米雷斯開心地說：「探戈要2個人跳，但是未必要不同性別。」這對男舞者都說，他們試圖超越同性戀次文化，想要在更大的探戈世界裡表現出眾。拉米雷斯說：「我們的目的是要人們讚說：『跳得真好！』」
