【綜合報導】台灣新銳導演華天灝拍攝的《不老騎士》，在台港打破紀錄片票房紀錄，月初更於紐約亞美國際影展獲觀眾票選最佳紀錄片獎。該片昨在南加州首映，剛結束美西行的10名不老騎士也出席，獲得熱烈的歡迎。

10名平均87歲的不老騎士在經過4天的長途跋涉，從聖荷西一路南下到洛杉磯（L.A.），跨越650公里，儘管如此，今天不老騎士們出現在特映會現場時，仍是精神奕奕。這次與不老騎士同行的北加州BMW重機俱樂部隊長裴瑞（Ed Perry）則說，這段旅程終身難忘，不老騎士們的逐夢精神，讓他深受鼓勵，年紀不是問題，追夢要把握現在。

【綜合報導】敘利亞上周發生毒氣攻擊事件，英、法宣稱敘利亞政府使用化學武器的罪證確鑿，國際應考慮動武，美國對是否干預仍顯猶豫，但已調派艦隊逼近敘國周邊海域。

無國界醫生組織表示，在敘國收治3600名出現神經毒素症狀的病患，其中355人死亡。歐巴馬前天召開國安會議商討因應對策。一名官員透露，美方掌握的情資顯示敘政府的確用化武攻擊平民。美軍艦隊正部署到地中海，一旦要發動攻勢就可出擊。敘利亞則警告美軍要介入內戰必須三思，敘利亞資訊部長佐阿比說：「美國的軍事介入將造成嚴重後果，會變成吞噬中東的大火球。」

去年台灣每十分鐘即有一對夫妻離異。內政部長李鴻源昨天表示，離婚率升高是先進國家共同問題，分析台灣離婚結構，因為台灣有許多外國嫁來的新移民，環境調適等因素造成離婚率偏高，台灣離婚率與其他國家有些不同。

根據內政部戶政司統計，以民國一○一年為例，全年離婚對數即達五萬五千九百八十對，平均每天有一百五十餘對離婚，每一小時有六對、即每十分鐘有一對夫妻離異；其中，平均約四對離異夫妻，即有一對是中外聯姻。

鑑於我國離婚率達二點四一、居世界第三，監委沈美真、尹祚芊認為有害兒少身心和家庭權益，因此於日前發函，約詢內政部、教育部等部會官員了解情況，也盼能倡導民眾不輕言離婚。

「內政部已向監委說明離婚率偏高原因了，」李鴻源說，根據內政部研究報告，台灣離婚率偏高是因離婚結構與其他國家不同，因為台灣有許多外國嫁來的新移民，由於環境調適不佳等因素，以致離婚率偏高。

李鴻源指出，離婚率偏高是嚴肅議題，目前看來，「期待政府有很簡單、有效的特效藥降低離婚率，幾乎做不到」；他表示，內政部會加強社會福利，以及相關新移民、婚姻輔導課程等，讓新移民儘快融入台灣社會。

李鴻源表示，對於監察院發函約詢內政部官員，他尊重監委職權；內政部也會盡其可能從各面向著手降低離婚率。

據了解，本周三內政部舉辦的「無國籍人士處理及禁止婚姻仲介公聽會」，即與加強跨國婚姻媒合管理制度相關。移民署官員說，我國自民國九十七年起即已明定跨國婚姻媒合不得涉及報酬及廣告、確立公益化及非營利化政策，近三年來中外聯姻離婚件數每年均減少幾百件，已呈緩步下降趨勢。
