【綜合報導】全球經濟不景氣，廉價航空如雨後春筍冒出，但同時也衍生出不少飛行安全問題。

愛爾蘭廉航瑞安航空(Ryanair)的客機，近年多次因燃料不足急降，報告揭發瑞安航空為節省成本，要求機師以最低標準燃油量出航，一旦遇上突發事故，後果堪憂。西班牙事故調查委員會報告，揭發瑞安內部人員的備忘錄，要求機師不用遵守每次航程應額外攜帶備用燃料的慣例，表示攜帶備用燃料，公司每年預估虧損500萬美元，約是1.5億台幣。

【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
 
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。

屏東縣是全國第四胖，今年減重目標是27公噸，衛生局準備號召2萬7千人，以1人1公斤為目標，但距年底只剩4個月多，屏東縣只達標47%，還有一大段距離要努力。

衛生福利部國民健康署民國97年至99年，針對臺灣地區18歲以上國人進行「過重及肥胖盛行率調查」，屏縣肥胖人口比率為40.4%，排名全國第四。另外根據去年的調查，屏東縣成人肥胖比率為45.1%，也高於全國平均值41.7%。

屏東縣衛生局指出，去年全縣減重目標是27公噸，第一年鎖定減重對象是警察等特定族群，結果繳出了32公噸的成績單，今年衛生局是以全民為目標，預計號召2萬7千人，以1人1公斤為目標，以達成全縣年減重27公噸的目標，但目前為止全縣完成率只有47%。

由於目前已經有其他縣市達到全年的減重目標，讓屏東縣衛生局因此不敢掉以輕心，近來在各項宣導活動中，總不忘提醒民眾加入一起減重的行列，想要揪團減重的民眾也可以洽詢各地衛生所。

衛生局保健科長呂孟倫指出，減重考驗的就是耐力，她呼籲想減重民眾只要持續努力，「數字一定下降」。

【綜合報導】英國皇太孫喬治小王子才剛出生不久，皇室又再傳出喜訊！英國媒體報導，哈利王子(Prince Harry)計劃年底向女友求婚，最快名年春天舉辦婚禮。

28歲的哈利和24歲女友博納絲(Cressida Bonas)雖然相戀只有一年多，但英國《星期天星報》(Daily Star Sunday)引述來自皇室內部人員的消息，指哈利對博納絲情有獨鍾，更揚言隨時向女友求婚。一旦成事，預計他們會在年底訂婚，明年春天舉行婚禮。更有消息指出，皇室已經在準備訂婚公告，目前只等哈利求婚成功。

哈利王子上月帶女友到非洲度假，被指與哥哥威廉王子2011年時帶凱特到肯亞求婚的情況相似，當時也傳出他打算求婚的消息。
