| 五楊高架路面裂 工程柯南今赴現場調查

【李姿慧／台北報導】國道中山高五楊高架45.1公里處發生路面裂開，國工局今上午邀專家學者前往出事地擋土牆外邊坡、勘查排水問題，初步觀察，擋土牆並無位移現象，接下來將進行相關的實驗、檢測，才會有正式調查報告。
國工局指，今共有10名專家學者到場，以了解排水問題根源，初步得到的結果，擋土牆沒有位移，紐澤西護欄連結處也沒有斷裂，後須再執行進一步檢驗以釐清路面裂開真正原因。

| 修法「半套」審洪案 董念台告桃院3法官

【胡守得／台北報導】再生受刑人中心社長董念台，今天上午上身穿西裝、下身著短褲及拖鞋，到台北地檢署按鈴控告承審洪仲丘案的桃園地院3名法官涉嫌瀆職、圖利原告。
董念台說，「洪案發展至今，就像是原告指揮報案，被告沒有人權，全身穿著是諷立院修法，修法修半套，像仿色情業，洪案軍檢起訴不公，應將軍方起訴廢除，移由桃檢起訴，而不是直接交由桃院審理，審理洪案的桃院3名法官代表是中華民國法律，應公平審判，不該有壓力」。

上星期去面試一間布料貿易公司的「總務人員」 在面試前填寫了一份公司的履歷表 有欄必填的「期望薪資」 因為怕填太高根本不會錄取(我前一份工作起薪28k) 所以就填26k 面試時，主管不講給多少薪資 只說有錄取的話，會在錄取電話通知時告知薪資 面試二天後接到錄取的電話通知，給薪果真是26k 請問是因為公司原本預定就給26k而我剛好填寫26k所以才有錄取的機會嗎? 那如果填28k是不是就不會錄取?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.176.56.108

| Makiyo剃「3分頭」 誓言婚前禁慾

【綜合報導】Makiyo到北京拍電影，戲中飾演一位癌末病患。昨天更為戲，將留超過20年的長髮，剃成「3分頭」，讓Makiyo無奈的說：「不交男友了，除非頭髮長出來，而且現在篤信基督教，婚前會禁慾，不碰男色。」
Makiyo這次落髮重新出發，好姊妹們大S、小S、范范、黑人、憲哥、阿雅、范曉萱、歐弟、Enzo等好友都表支持，也特地錄製了VCR為她加油，Makiyo說：「真的很謝謝大家能夠支持我，我會好好表現讓大家不會失望。」

| 車震忘拉手剎 動作過大連人帶車翻出海堤

【綜合報導】上海一對男女上周五晚在崇明島向化鎮海堤偷偷幽會，由於二人停車時忘了拉手剎車，導致廂型車一路倒退，最後翻入海堤外的蘆葦叢中。當地警員到場將受傷的二人送院，目前二人傷勢穩定。
事發後車輛側臥在蘆葦叢中，車頭兩端凹陷。據悉，出事的男女當時正在車內「親熱」，但沒拉手剎車，情到深處後動作過大，導致車子緩速倒退，兩人卻仍渾然不覺，直到翻倒在蘆葦叢中。二人事後憶述時猶有餘悸，若不是有蘆葦頂着，後果不堪設想。

【吳國仲／台北報導】義大犀牛總教練徐生明，昨天晚間結束比賽後與妻子在天母運動公園跑步運動，不料回家卻疑似心肌梗塞，雖緊急送醫但仍宣告不治。
徐總大姊表示徐總都有運動的習慣，他本身有心律不整的問題，但所有運動員幾乎都會有這方面的問題，但程度不同，之前都沒有異狀，沒想到竟會走得這麼突然。
