針對是否出兵敘利亞的議題，英國首相David Cameron在初步表決中失敗，這也是西方政府可能對於出兵敘利亞一事打退堂鼓的初步跡象。

周四晚間英國國會的投票不具約束力，但反對軍事行動的投票結果意味Cameron的行事恐感到綁手綁腳。Cameron向議會簡潔聲明，他已清楚了解，英國民眾不想看見軍事行動。

先前雖遭政治人物與大眾的口頭砲轟，Cameron仍向國會表示，基於人道主義和避免敘利亞使用化武，發動軍事行動是有道理的，而這並非在敘利亞的衝突中選邊站，也不是要推翻敘利亞的阿薩德政權。

Cameron稱目前尚未有行動決議，在下一次國會進一步投票前，英國也不會發動任何軍事行動。下周聯合國查核人員針對上周的化武使用情形報告之後，英國國會才會投票。西方政府曾表示，阿薩德政權發動了該次化武攻擊。

但他稱，軍事干預必須合法正義的進行，並指出政府的法律意見，亦即，即使聯合國安理會不同意行動，英國也可以依據國際法律而採取行動。

Cameron提出，官方的聯合情報委員會(JIC)評估結果，稱使用化武的情形「有點嚴重爭議」，並以造成數百人死亡的攻擊「高度可能需由阿薩德政權負責」作為結論。

JIC認為，自2012年以來，大大小小規模，敘利亞政府使用了致命的化學武器14次。

然而，Cameron無法提供詳細證據，以支撐這些論點，僅強調這些是「開放來源」的證據。

周四的投票是下周初預定的進一步國會表決之先導，下周的投票結果才能決定英國是否會直接介入。

【朱正庭／台北報導】受到中南部豪雨影響採收影響，今台北農產運銷公司到貨量大減，僅約1045公噸，也讓價格飆漲，今大台北平均批發菜價為每公斤37.4元，是今年以來最高點，台北農產運銷公司表示，到貨量較昨減少約3成，葉菜類進貨量減少約4成，價格全面上揚，甘藷葉特級品每公斤達98元，較昨58元，大漲近6成9，小白菜特級品每公斤73元，較昨59元，再漲2成3，大白菜今26元，較昨19元漲近3成7，空心菜也漲約3成，青江菜也漲1成4。
 
和周二時相比，甘藷葉已大漲8成1，小白菜漲7成8，青江菜漲5成2，農產運銷公司估中南部雨勢稍歇後，明農民會搶收，到貨量應該會增加，但估價格仍會持續高檔。農糧署表示，今仍釋出甘藍等冷藏蔬菜，可取代部分葉菜需求。目前各地農損仍在統計回報中。

曾雅妮已經逐漸走出過去半年多的低潮和陰霾。

我國女子高球好手曾雅妮在美國波特蘭喜互惠高球賽首輪表現完美，抓下5隻小鳥，沒有吞下任何柏忌，第一天打出低於標準桿5桿的67桿成績，暫列第三。

曾雅妮在前9洞比賽就打出不錯的信心和開局，第5、6、7連續3洞抓下小鳥，後9洞也兩次抓鳥，鐵桿精準，推桿穩定，整場比賽沒有失常，曾雅妮臉上露出輕鬆笑容，對自己的節奏、表現都很滿意。

排名暫居第一的是美國女將湯普森（Lexi Thompson），湯普森今天狀況奇佳，打出65桿驚人成績。

曾雅妮目前排名世界第15，這是他近年新低，從去年底迄今曾雅妮一直走不出低潮，2012年3月到現在沒有拿下過任何冠軍。
