監委調查基隆市長張通榮關說案，也發現張通榮的秘書胡亮良「狐假虎威」逼退前衛生局長許明倫，監委要求市府議處胡亮良。

監察院今天通過監委楊美鈴、程仁宏、高鳳仙所提基隆市長張通榮關說案調查報告。

針對胡亮良部分，基隆市府發言人李梁說，尊重監察院調查，等接到公文，進一步了解後再依法處理。

監委調查發現，去年8月，基隆市衛生局的薄姓衛生稽查員遭投訴工作態度不佳，許明倫批示將薄女送考績會，薄女與婆婆宋女越級向市長申訴。胡亮良在9月3日將許明倫叫到市長室，許明倫還被宋女拍打背部、丟擲白布和剪刀。

程仁宏指出，許明倫後來聽朋友說丟白布剪刀是詛咒的意思。9月4日胡亮良又約談許明倫指「聽說你要高升？有沒有什麼生涯規劃？」，許明倫的直覺認為市長要逼退，趕緊打報告說要退休。

程仁宏說，胡亮良的作法是「狐假虎威」、言行失當，沒能謹守職務分寸，監院將函請基隆市政府檢討改進並予議處。

監委調查報告指出，張通榮概括授權胡亮良得逕自指示市屬局處首長配合施令，未為妥適監督；胡因而要求許明倫到市長室面對該局屬員的質問以及無理對待，又另以約談方式，使用不當言語使許明倫認市長有暗示其辭職之意，終至去職。

【綜合報導】日本《女性自身》雜誌報導指出，南韓近幾年來除了產業起飛，但也成為「性侵大國」。

報導指出，根據聯合國毒品和犯罪問題辦公室(UNODC)統計，韓國每10萬人就有13.3起性侵案件，而在日本每10萬人有1.5起，顯示韓國的性犯罪是日本的8.9倍。此外，韓國性侵犯的年齡層也相當「廣泛」，有31歲男子性侵80多歲老婦人的案例，也有小學生性侵20多歲智能不足女子的案例。

再者，韓國人對外國人性侵的事件在近年也層出不窮。根據南韓警方指出，光是在今年上半年韓國人性侵外國人的案例，就比前年多出66.3%，許多歐美國家也呼籲赴韓者要多加注意。

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】中國籍路姓女子3年前擔任賴姓男子病妻看護，賴妻病故後，2人交往，路女無意與賴結婚，卻佯稱要有財產保障未來婚姻生活，賴因此陸續匯款100萬元，並贈送1輛小客車和1棟房屋給路女。後因路女一再推諉結婚日期，賴始知受騙。
 
路女與賴交往期間，又另幫89歲獨居老榮民李姓老翁打掃、煮飯，路女也說要與李結婚，照顧其餘生，李遂與分居中妻子辦理離婚，2人隨即結婚。李在給路女127萬元郵局訂存單上，寫著若李往生，定存單將給路女。李2月個後往生，路女找李的女兒協助處理贈與事宜，李女兒感到有異提告。
 
台中地院認為路女一方面計畫與李結婚，另一方面又向賴要財產作為婚姻保障，利用老人需要人陪伴的心態，羅織結婚美夢，行為惡劣，毫無悔意，依詐欺取財、詐欺得利罪判路女有期徒刑2年4月。

【大紀元2013年09月06日訊】（大紀元記者楊一帆綜合報導）中共前黨魁江澤民因鎮壓法輪功、家族貪腐和淫亂醜聞等在海內外臭名昭著。而江澤民當年立足未穩時在鄧小平家遭大陸著名影星劉曉慶埋汰、在鄧家畢恭畢敬服侍小太子黨，以及中南海江辦簽收美國起訴江澤民訴狀等醜聞，也被當作笑話在中共太子黨和中南海高層中熱傳。

江澤民在鄧小平家遭劉曉慶嘲諷

據人民報作者姜青披露，和鄧小平同為四川人的大陸最紅影星劉曉慶當年是鄧小平家中的貴客，深受鄧全家喜歡，凡是她在時場面都火爆。

江澤民那時嘴巴上抹了蜜，雖年齡上做劉曉慶的長輩綽綽有餘，可還是一口一個「曉慶妹妹」、「曉慶妹妹」，叫得那個甜！劉曉慶可不吃這一套，絕不和江平了輩兒，為了斷江的邪欲，劉曉慶硬用「江叔叔」把「曉慶妹妹」給巧妙地撅了回去。

據太子黨說，當年在鄧家江澤民管劉曉慶叫「曉慶妹妹」，而劉曉慶裝糊塗，管老江叫「江叔叔」，江碰了一鼻子灰。當年劉曉慶擠兌江澤民，不但端著架式、拿腔拿調兒，還踩著鑼鼓點兒：「您一天兵都沒當過，曉慶我還拿過槍呢！」劉曉慶譏諷道：「您還拿槍啊，您應該閃遠點兒，您別走了火把自己的大肚囊子給崩了！」

劉曉慶後來因此遭到江的報復，因涉嫌「偷稅」在秦城監獄坐了422天牢，賠付了8,000多萬，江留下話，只給劉曉慶留下一條命。

江澤民在鄧小平家畢恭畢敬服侍小太子黨

據《江澤民其人》披露，江澤民一向兩面三刀，用人時卑躬屈膝，不用時落井下石。當年江澤民進北京後，終於等到被鄧小平召進鄧府的那一天。太子黨們對當時的情景至今記憶猶新。

當一臉謙卑、笑容可掬、侷促不安的江澤民站在鄧小平面前時，在場的人根本沒拿他當回事。鄧小平向大家介紹這位新面孔是總書記，在座的人依然不為所動、不以為然。

江澤民初入鄧府，人脈不熟，來鄧家的人太多了，誰是鄧的秘書、護士，哪個是鄧的外孫、親戚等等，統統搞不清。但有豐富拍馬經驗的江澤民，進了鄧家門無論見到誰都決不得罪。

在走廊裡院子裡，無論見到誰，哪怕是個孩子，江澤民都把腆著的大肚子收回去，微微側著身，滿臉堆笑，畢恭畢敬地說：「您先走！」

據人民報作者姜青披露，當年江澤民在鄧家無論見了誰都一點不馬虎，對孩子照樣點頭哈腰，甚至連來訪的小客人，江澤民都屈尊搶著給他們倒水。那些小貴族們至今仍津津樂道當年總書記江澤民搶著倒水的笑聞。

中南海江辦簽收美國起訴江澤民訴狀

2002年10月22日，江澤民在美國芝加哥逗留期間，被法輪功學員以酷刑罪和「群體滅絕罪」等罪行起訴到美國伊利諾伊州北區聯邦法院。

《江澤民其人》書中披露，2002年12月13日，一份由法庭書記員簽發的中英文安排開庭時間的通知書，一封解釋該通知書的中英文信函，以及訴狀、傳票和准許原告用替代送達方式向被告送達法律檔的法庭令副本，通過聯邦特快專遞，送交被告江在北京中南海的官方辦公室。訴狀最初是外交部接到的。可是這封特快專遞太特殊，外交部既不能說「查無此人、退回原處」，又不能隨便簽收。後來他們把信交給了中南海的「江辦」。「江辦」倒是痛快，黃（T.Huang）大筆一揮就簽了字。這件事至今還在中共高層被當作笑話流傳。
