餐廳名稱：船家海鮮世界 消費時間：2013年9月 地址：新北市萬里區野柳里港東路153號 電話：02-24925885 營業時間：10:00~20:00 每人平均價位：700 可否刷卡：無 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：花蟹海鮮粥、檸檬香酥白帶魚、清蒸貴妃魚 官網：http://0224925885.com.tw/index.html 圖文網誌版：http://owen30129.blogspot.tw/ 今天在老師計畫好的行程下，一行人驅車來至北海岸的野柳，前進今天的目的地 野柳船家海鮮世界，一到達大門口映入眼簾的就是一池池活跳跳的海鮮，包含了目前 正值盛產期的花蟹、貴鬆鬆的龍蝦、海螺與各式魚類等。這家餐廳有加入行政院農委 會輔導成立的田媽媽體系，田媽媽即是強調以在地新鮮食材加上三低一高〈低油、低 鹽、低糖及高纖維〉的料理概念，推出各種不同的在地田園料理。 由於餐廳除了提供菜單上的料理之外，也同時提供無菜單料理，即是將預算告知 老闆，老闆會依照當天所能取得的新鮮食材，做各種不同的創意搭配，並且依照來客 人數調整份量，因此我們也讓老闆幫我們搭配今天的菜單。 1、花式生魚片： 以鮭魚、旗魚及蟹肉擺放在蘿蔔絲上，搭配薄到可以透光的小黃瓜切片，並以長 型木盤盛裝，感覺就像是載滿漁獲的魚船一樣。特別是鮭魚生魚片，漂亮的油脂分布 ，搭配一點點哇沙米及蘿蔔絲，魚肉鮮嫩入口即化且充滿了鮭魚的香味，另外兩種生 魚片雖然也很新鮮，但不像鮭魚一樣有給人一種深刻的印象。 2、龍鳳海菜 佐上檸檬、醋及醬油等調和而成的醬汁，一口咬下吃到的是一種微酸微辣的清爽 口味及脆脆的口感，老闆表示這是他們當地現撈的海菜，具有豐富的膠質，愛美的女 性朋友們可以多吃一點。 3、蟹海鮮粥 這是我從小以來第一次看到有人拿花蟹來燉粥，裡面還有蛤蜊等海鮮做搭配，外 觀上由兩隻花蟹當作主角，兩旁散布著許多蛤蜊及蔥花，光看顏色的搭配就讓人食指 大動。味道及口感上來說，花蟹肉質飽滿鮮甜，應是現在吃正是時候，由於是粥品， 都是以海鮮的鮮味來表現，其他的調味並不多，粥吃起來充滿海鮮的鮮味但卻不腥。 老闆說研發這道料理是為了讓顧客吃巧、吃好外還要吃飽，的確這甕粥的份量真的頗 大，相信一定都能吃飽飽的回家。 4、香炒沙茶木瓜螺 這道菜應是口味最重的一道，因為老闆使用了沙茶來進行調味，螺肉吃起來QQ的 具有彈性，但與其他餐廳的口味並無二異，其實這道菜比較不具創意的特色。而且老 人家與小孩可能也沒辦法吃的下這道菜了。 5、檸檬香酥白帶魚 這道菜的口味亦令人驚豔，原本以為用炸的白帶魚油脂味會比較重，魚肉可能也 會比較老，但老闆使用自己調製的泰式酸辣醬汁，也因為是自己捕捉到的漁獲，吃起 來比外面常吃的白帶魚更嫩更甜，可見老闆多麼重視食材本身的新鮮程度，此外，泰 式酸酸辣辣的口味也為這道菜增添不少美味，目前白帶魚也是在盛產期。 6、避風塘中卷 採用新鮮捕撈的中卷，佐上豆酥做成避風塘口味，其實我還是不知道什麼是避風 塘，反正吃就對了，中卷本身吃起來柔軟有彈性，配上豆酥的香氣以及微辣的佐料， 也是相當具有特色的一道料理。 7、香烤鹹豬肉 這餐中唯一不是以海鮮為食材的料理，主角鹹豬肉必須先醃製一週以上，再進行 烘烤製成。夾一塊鹹豬肉包上高麗菜絲，再沾上一點以醋、糖及蒜頭調製而成的醬汁 ，吃起來相當清爽不死鹹，甜味與鹹味達成完美的平衡。 8、清蒸貴妃魚 貴妃魚其實就是剝皮魚，是由於剝皮魚的肉質細緻白嫩而得名，且這種魚類只有 夏天會迴游到北海岸海域，是夏天才能夠品嘗到的菜色。以黃豆做成的豆鼓清蒸，搭 配薑絲、蔥等配料，將魚肉沾滿醬汁後一口吃下，豆鼓清淡的鹹味引出了魚肉本身的 鮮味與甜味，吃不到一點點的土味及腥味，口感軟嫩，肉質的纖維也與雞肉有幾分神 似，最好的優點是沒有魚刺，老人家與小孩都可以放心的品嘗這道料理。 飽餐一頓後，照例也會有水果，不同於一般餐廳僅是將柳丁切盤就上桌，竟然連 水果都這麼有心。本次用餐的心得，整體而言用料新鮮，因為我認為好的食材真的不 宜過多的調味，應讓顧客吃到食材本身的味道及新鮮感，這家餐廳不像一般外面餐廳 會使用較重的口味來進行調味，使得海鮮本身的味道得以發揮的淋漓盡致，無菜單料 理也提供顧客期待與驚豔的感覺，不過要吃無菜單料理則必須先預訂，老闆才有空間 安排最佳的菜色給顧客品嘗。相較於曾經吃過的幾家海鮮餐廳，這家口味與創意應該 是樂勝其他的餐廳，以上。 小弟第一次寫食記，請多包涵。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.245.65.179

北宜高雪山隧道南下24公里處，下午1時許發現外側車道有水，高速公路局頭城工務段前往處理，發現是水溝被垃圾阻塞造成，緊急封閉外側車道處清除。由於下午南下車輛不少，車流回堵4公里，一直塞到彭山隧道，不少民眾塞到心急，改從坪林交流道下。高速公路局坪林行控中心表示，估計約3時30分就能恢復外側車道通行。

【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫對於特偵組指其關說，上午召開記者反駁說，「特偵組羅織罪名」、「陷害自家，感覺不齒」，是有人「私人恩怨報復」。

曾勇夫再三強調，自己絕對沒就個案介入關說，歡迎監察院調查。看過特偵組新聞稿，「哪一點證明我有個案關說，感覺司法羅織，陷害自家人，感覺不齒。」

記者會後曾勇夫也開放記者提問，有人問到曾勇夫是否考慮辭職，曾勇夫反嗆: 「沒有做的事情為什麼要辭職」。但對於記者問到，特偵組監聽譯文中，王金平曾表示，拜託曾勇夫的事，部長已經回覆「OK了」，是否說過這樣的話?曾勇夫回答，自己時常就法案、預算案跟王金平通話，但絕對沒有介入個案關說。

【張麗娜／台北報導】疑似涉入關說立委柯建銘案而遭特偵組移送監院調查的法務部長曾勇夫，今在記者會上反擊說「司法會以這樣羅織的方法陷害人家，甚至自家人，感到不齒。」對此，前總統陳水扁兒子陳致中在臉書PO文表示：「今天如果要等到你自己『受害』，才感覺到『迫害』是不對的事，已經太遲了。」

陳致中說，曾經公開指阿扁總統沒生病、與正常人一樣的曾勇夫部長，「你有沒有被司法陷害，我不知道，但我可以清楚告訴你，你所領導的檢察機關，包括特偵組，一直以來就是用『羅織』的方法『陷害』人家，全民皆知，陳總統就是血淋淋的例子。」

【綜合報導】引起極大關注的中國山西被挖眼男童小斌斌，5日晚間8時在父母和親戚們的陪同下出院。預計小斌斌三周後會回醫院複診，並根據恢復情況試裝義眼。

6歲的小斌斌在上個月25日凌晨入院，經過山西省眼科醫院醫護人員的診治，小斌斌已度過感染期並完成第一期治療，情況穩定，符合出院標準。

據悉，院方不收小斌斌住院12天的所有醫療費用，並將住院押金及多方人士捐助的8.5萬元人民幣（約42萬元台幣）交到小斌斌父親手中。小斌斌的父母多謝各界連日來的關心，為避免外界打擾，所以選擇在晚上出院。
