標題[請益] 舊主機的升級

【張博亭／台北報導】針對法務部長曾勇夫下台，台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今表示，這件案子很奇怪，為什麼有人能授權監聽立法院長王金平和民進黨黨團總召柯建銘？授權監聽的對象層級有多高，應該有人出面說明；他也說，這個政府像「自走砲」，已經到了不受控制的地步，隨便就能監聽別人，實在很誇張。  

柯文哲今出席台大醫院單車社舉辦的騎車活動，他笑說，自己有在騎車，所以台大醫院單車社找他來當社長，不過這個社長「只負責蓋章還有宣傳造勢」。

被捲入關說疑雲的台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌上午重申，他絕無關說，只是要求承辦檢察官林秀濤看看判決有無違背法令，再決定是否提起上訴，經過昨天一天衝擊，陳表示仍會在工作崗位上好好做事。

陳守煌上午與家人度周末，暫時遠離紛爭，他昨天血壓一度飆高，今天已經恢復平靜。

陳守煌說，民間司改會多次呼籲檢察官不該濫行上訴，法務部也頒布行政命令，禁止檢察官濫行上訴，避免浪費司法資源。他表示，確實有和林秀濤討論過柯建銘的案子，但只是告訴林秀濤該上訴就上訴，不該上訴就不要上訴，並沒有具體指示林秀濤不要上訴。

他說，他剛接高檢署檢察長，和林秀濤也不熟，依照檢察一體他本來就該監督檢察官的業務，「這是職責所在」。

陳守煌還說，林秀濤的個性不是你叫他不上訴她就不上訴，林已和外界說明被特偵組曲解意思，她是調卷後才決定不上訴的。

法界有人私下挺陳守煌，說檢察總長黃世銘對於纏訟經年的海軍獵雷艦弊案，也在99年時以檢察總長及特調小組召集人身分主導不對被判決無罪的前海軍中將雷學明提起上訴，質疑為何黃可以放棄上訴，陳守煌就是接受關說？陳守煌對此僅表示「不是我的案子，我不予置評。」

　　進人2013年的電子產業旺季，軟性銅箔基板(FCCL)廠包括新揚科技看好第3季的市場需求，並於7月及8月營收連創新高的極佳的業績表現，台虹科技主管今天指出，台虹科技8月的FCCL出貨金額5.6億元，再度刷新7月創下的5.23億元歷史紀錄。

台虹科技公布8月營收以9.49億元刷新7月創下7月的歷史新高紀錄，較去年同月的5.93億元成長60.09%，累計2013年1-8月營收63.38億元，較去年同期48.75億元成長30.01%。

台虹科技的主要產品包括FCCL及太陽能背板，台虹科技主管說，7月的FCCL產品出貨金額以5.2億元創單月歷史新高，而8月以5.6億元再度刷新歷史新高紀錄。由台虹科技原預估其2013年第3季在FCCL產品的營收將達到15億元，還較第2季成長20%。

同時，台虹科技原預估2013年第3季的營收落點目標區在25億元正負10%的範圍，在7月及8月的FCCL出現出貨金額創新高的格局之下，本季的營收金額落點將出現在目標區27.5億元的高標區之上。

台虹科技經會計師簽證的2013年上半年財報，其營收44.75億元，稅後盈餘4.08億元，每股稅後盈餘為2.01元，其稅後盈餘4.08億元並且較2012年同期財報3.37億元出現20.77%的成長幅度。

此外，新揚科技2013年8月營收也是以1.56億元改寫7月創下的單月歷史新高，並且較2012年同月的1.29億元大幅成長21.18%。

新揚科技2013年的1-8月累計營收為10.16億元，也明顯較2012年同期的7.66億元成長32.71%；而在進入第3季的3C電子產業需求旺季同時，加以新揚科大舉擴充其FCCL產能，其2013年第3季的營收將在兩岸及海外的需求下出現較第2季大幅的成長。而在第3季的7月及8月營收已連續改寫歷史新高

新揚科在2013年第2季營收3.84億元，季增率達到17.79%。法人預估其2013年營收將再度創下單季歷史新高，並較第2季成長20%。

【綜合報導】維珍私人太空船SpaceShipTwo，周四在美國加州完成第二次試飛，打破首次試飛的高度紀錄，飛到69000呎高空。

SpaceShipTwo在試飛前，先由雙體飛機運載到46000呎，才點火起飛，只花20秒便飛到69000呎。今年4月，SpaceShipTwo首次試飛，飛了16秒達到56200呎。

試飛期間，機師更測試機上的尾翼傾斜系統，模擬飛返地球的過程。維珍創辦人布蘭森（Richard Branson）指出，如果過程順利，明年就可正式推出太空旅行計畫。

繼歐買尬推出「歐付寶」、智冠成立「智付寶」後，遊戲橘子（6180）昨（6） 日也宣布將透過旗下「樂點卡數位科技股份有限公司」，跨足第三方支付市場，最快本月中下旬上線。

遊戲橘子財務長及樂點卡公司營運長蘇信泓昨天表示，橘子已布局完成，將與玉山銀行等多家銀行策略合作，以樂點卡公司的遊戲點數業務為基礎，短期內就會延伸事業觸角到第三方支付及線上儲值服務。

國內開放第三方支付業務，話題火熱，在此之前，歐買尬推出「歐付寶」、智冠也成立「智付寶」，橘子昨天成為第三家搶進第三方支付業務的遊戲公司。另外，國內電子商務龍頭網路家庭，也積極搶進第三方支付市場。

橘子昨天股價小漲0.05元，終場收在24.4元。

蘇信泓說，網路支付平台需要無虞的安全機制，才能充份保障合作廠商及使用者權益。橘子推出第三方支付服務，會比照國際銀行規格，申請資安管理系統國際標準ISO2700與PCIDSS 認證，預計今年底前即可率先獲得上述雙項認證。

另外，樂點卡公司在日本已通過當地「資金決濟法」，可在日本境內提供遊戲點數及第三方支付服務，有穩固營運基礎。

樂點卡公司成立於2011年，目前已創造出單日近20萬筆有效交易、每月超過400萬筆交易總數，營運規模持續擴大。

【蕭夙眉／台中報導】台中市一名姚姓男子（45歲，妨害自由前科）疑似不爽後方大貨車陳姓駕駛（28歲）對他鳴一聲喇叭，攔下大貨車，下車拿著鐵棍，高舉鐵棍作勢要毆打陳男，且咆哮嗆：「幹你娘」、「我在開大貨車的時候，你都還不知道在哪裡？」陳男心生恐懼害怕，不敢下車，立即打110報景恐嚇。警方事後找到姚男，他拒絕製作筆錄，一派無所謂的說：「到法院再說吧！」警方今天依照恐嚇罪嫌函送。
