對最高法院檢察署特別偵查組今天日召開記者會，指出立法院長王金平、法務部長曾勇夫，以及高等法院檢察署檢察長陳守煌等人可能涉及司法關說一事，總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬英九總統對此事深感震驚與痛心，總統認為司法是社會對政府信任的基礎，也是社會正義的最後一道防線，絕不容許政治介入司法個案關說，希望相關機關徹查到底、釐清案情。

行政院長江宜樺上午聽聞此事，也感到十分震驚，要求曾勇夫盡速對外公開說明，並取消下午既定內部會議，3點鐘聽取曾勇夫親自報告。據了解，曾勇夫在11點40分舉行記者會前，曾主動致電希望與江宜樺說明，但當時江宜樺因在內部會議中，兩人並未通話。

幕僚透露，總統心情非常沉重，認為指涉國會議長與法務部長涉入司法關說是非常嚴重的事，若無法對外界交待清楚，將會令司法公信崩盤。

此案勢必引發後續強大政治效應，總統府第一時間反應相當謹慎低調，上午的新聞稿提及此司法關說事件時，更僅提立法院長、法務部長的官銜，未寫出王、曾兩人的名字。由於特偵組已將曾勇夫移送監察院，外界關切曾勇夫是否因此下台，對此，幕僚只表示，高層密切關切此事的進展，其他部分暫不回應。

底下有板友問說那應該要買哪一家的產品比較好? 其實我很推薦蘋果的產品，不管是iPod或MacBook系列或iPad到iPhone， 先來討論除了iPhone之外的產品， 小弟在7年前買了我第一個Apple的產品 iPod (with video,color display and click wheel) 後來用到快到保固期限的時候，我認為電量不如以往而拿去換了一台， 過程很簡單，跟對方說明狀況填寫維修單後，過幾天就可以拿到一台 外表完美無瑕的整新機。 經過這次美好的經驗，我決定加保Apple Care for iPod，這個Apple Care 是蘋果出的延長保固計畫，購買Apple Care後可以讓在保固內的產品提供 一年到幾年不等的保固延長，iPod是延長一年。 後來我要換手機的時候，去了一家通訊行買了一支手機，後來手機發生了一點問題， 我回去通訊行後通訊行當然是很敷衍的打發我，我也就摸摸鼻子走人， 從此之後我就知道，買產品除了產品本身的價值外，售後服務也是很重要的 參考指標，我甚至認為如果一個產品的售後服務做得好，價錢貴一點我也願意付。 去年家母買了一台iPad mini，用了大概半年後她某一天跑來和我說 耗電量異常，大家都知道iPad 系列根本是待機怪物，要一下榨乾它的 電量還真有一點難度，經過我測試後，真的電量大概一分鐘掉1%， 所以我將她的iPad mini帶去神腦的維修站，服務過程也是好的沒話說， 店員親切的微笑講解後請我填寫資料，讓我等候電話通知，我問她 可不可以現場等? 服務員說可以。 而現場環境很好，我就滑我的手機等待。 結果才打完兩場遊戲大概二十分鐘的時間，小姐就拿出一台外觀無瑕疵的 iPad mini，細心的一邊檢查外觀和內容，確認型號顏色容量等等。 歡欣鼓舞的回家後，從備份回復到我母親的iPad mini不用五分鐘，內容就跟 原本那台一模一樣，所有資料程式都在。但是過了一兩天之後，我母親又跑來跟我 抱怨耗電量異常，後來我自己再測試了看看，發現原來是某個軟體造成整個耗電 量異常，所以我就打回維修站跟她說明情況，維修站的工程師人馬上提出可以 幫我保留原來那台iPad mini，如果我不想要整新機的話，可以回去取回原本那台。 我後來是沒有回去拿啦，因為我很懶XD 在這之後，我更深信一個好的產品背後的售後服務絕對是相輔相成的， 再怎麼好的產品偶爾都有凸槌的時候，這時如果自己不能解決就一定 只能仰賴售後服務，如果售後服務糟糕，你要怎麼跟她辯呢，能不能 換的權力都在他手中阿? 唯一的方法就是像上篇那樣走法律途徑， 耗時耗財。如果在買之前就能注意到這些小細節的話，那才是 真正的CP值。 話說我也一台iPhone，但是它用到現在要兩年了從來沒出過問題，電量 也都正常，所以我自己的iPhone倒是沒用過維修服務， 不過台灣感謝郭家，我們沒有Apple Care for iPhone可以讓 台灣購買的iPhone延長到兩年保固之外，我們也沒有Apple Care +， Apple Care + 是Apple Care的進階版，除了延長到兩年保固之外， 如果在保固期間內有任何人為損害因素，例如泡水阿、被車輾過阿、摔 到玻璃變蜘蛛網阿，兩次內都可以加一點小錢換一台新的iPhone。 而且還有一點鰻推薦的，在維修過後如果保固期限已經不到兩個月，會 自動延長到兩個月，兩個月內有問題的話還是可以再去維修，再有問題的話 再去維修，當然是真的有問題工程師才會讓你換，不可能一直無限下去。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 176.56.174.207 ※ 編輯: tt1069 來自: 176.56.174.207 (09/07 13:07)
