【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】 樞軸法律協會（Pivot Legal Society）近日表示，法庭已經發出逮捕令，通緝溫哥華市一名「聲名狼藉」的房東。
　　
在這項討債官司中，溫哥華市中心東端一間單間旅館（SRO）的前東家George Wolsey，欠下10位前租客總共18,000 元的債務。
　　
樞軸法律協會說，Wolsey曾經是溫市中心東端Cordova Street上的Wonder Rooms單間旅館的業主，當時租住過該旅館的10名租客向卑詩住宅租務處（Residential Tenancy Branch）投訴Wolsey的旅館居住環境惡劣，「害蟲橫行，嚴重威脅健康和人身安全，無法居住」。今年5月，住宅租務處裁決Wolsey賠償這10名租客18,163.75元的損失費。
　　
George Wolsey在大溫名聲不佳。Wolsey的Wonder Rooms單間旅館被溫哥華市政府查出了大量違反城市建設、電力、消防安全方面的缺陷，最後Wolsey於2011年9月同意將該SRO旅館移交給非盈利組織 Community Builders Benevolence Group 運營。同年7月，溫哥華市議會收到租客投訴， Wolsey和他的旅館管理層威脅住戶、企圖嚇阻租客向市議會反映情況。
　　
而且溫哥華市議會還接到投訴，指Wolsey作為一名前藥劑師，依舊出售美沙酮，甚至威脅他的租客，如果不從他手中購買美沙酮的話，就把租客趕出去。
　　
這些指控促使溫市議會展開對Wolsey的調查，並於2011年8月起訴他的公司，勒令Wolsey清理他的旅館，否則就申請強制處理。溫市調查員在Wolsey的旅館查出了242處違規，包括了門窗破損、蟑螂滿地，老鼠蟲害橫行等等。
　　
樞軸法律協會相信Wolsey還在素里出租房屋，並且仍在非法出售美沙酮。◇

花蓮縣吉安火車站前的意象雕堡，常接獲陳情有不少青少年皆會在上面上演活春宮，成了「辦事」的極樂天堂，當地居民更是直言已見怪不怪。對此，鄉公所表示決定拆除部分通往碉堡的鐵梯，阻斷「天堂路」。

根據《聯合報》報導，該意象雕堡約1層樓高，且周圍還設有13根矮柱將其包圍，相當隱密，並設有可通往碉堡頂端的鐵梯，因此也成為青少年聚集或「辦事」的熱門地點。

鄉公所表示，自2年多前開始常接到當地居民的陳情，指稱不少青少年會在碉堡上放鞭炮，甚至「做愛做的事」，但礙於碉堡為公共設施，不可任意拆除，僅能將鐵梯入口封起，但不料青少年仍可趁隙而入。

報導稱，當地居民表示對此種情形已經見怪不怪，更稱只要青少年「辦事」時，不要吵到人就好。據悉，目前鄉公所已決定，將拆除通往碉堡頂端的鐵梯。另外，當地警方也強調會加強巡邏，並不定期突擊檢查，杜絕類似事件再次發生。

車禍斷腿，竟然流浪南北三市、奔波353公里、前後花了4天才完成開刀。36歲油漆工葉政勳7月11日在新北市淡水區發生車禍，左大腿骨折，但最初收治他的淡水馬偕醫院沒為他開刀，轉診到台北榮總，也因急診塞爆排不上刀，任他在急診室躺了兩天，最後他花1萬2千元包救護車至高雄義大醫院，14日才完成手術。醫改團體批醫院讓患者須自力救濟才能開刀，有夠扯。

【綜合報導】美國人權組織「中國勞工觀察」早前公佈一份報告，指出無錫捷普電子公司（Jabil Circuit）員工，每日平均工時為11.5小時，每月積累加班時數超過100小時，是中國法例規定上限的3倍，同時超過蘋果公司向供貨商提出，每周60小時最長工時的限制。

蘋果公司今日發表聲明，承認今年初完成的一項內部審查發現，無錫捷普電子的一些員工，連續工作超過6天，並且表示無錫捷普正在和蘋果公司人員合作，以便更好地處理加班問題。
