【綜合報導】荷蘭藝術家霍夫曼設計的黃色巨鴨，在香港引爆參觀人潮後，前天游進北京，不料鴨嘴竟從可愛的寬嘴變成皺巴巴尖嘴，被痛罵是「山寨的吧？」工作團隊連夜進行修復，昨天已讓大黃鴨恢復寬嘴憨態。

北京國際設計周組委會表示，大黃鴨首日展示效果不佳，是因為當天有陣雨導致充氣不足，以及製作工藝瑕疵。有網友調侃：「為了不給全聚德抓走，必須假裝是只雞。」有媒體援引負責製作黃鴨的某公司總經理的說法，指北京大黃鴨嘴部裁片接錯，與原設計圖不符，才會由闊嘴鴨變尖嘴。據瞭解，在世界各地亮相的黃鴨，都遵循霍夫曼的設計圖縫製而成。

美國加州聖地牙哥動物園的大貓熊「白雲」滿22歲，園方今天特別準備1個高5呎、重215磅的冰淇淋蛋糕，為白雲慶生。

1991年9月7日出生於中國大陸四川的白雲，今天滿22歲，白雲是在1996年依照租借協議送到聖地牙哥動物園（San Diego Zoo）。

白雲赴美之後，已陸續生下6隻大貓熊，去年白雲才生下第6隻大貓熊「小禮物」，也是大貓熊在中國大陸以外地區生產數量最多的大貓熊。

今天聖地牙哥動物園特別準備高達5呎、重達215磅，用冰淇淋、竹子與水果做成的大蛋糕，為白雲慶生。動物園1名資深員工說，白雲是隻特別的大貓熊，值得特別的慶祝，他還記得白雲剛到聖地牙哥動物園時才5歲，充滿活力。

剛滿周歲不久的大貓熊「小禮物」，今天也跟著媽媽一起參加這場生日派對，去年白雲生下小禮物時，已經近21歲，也寫下大貓熊的最高產齡紀錄。

聖地牙哥動物園表示，白雲是非常令人驚喜的動物大使，不僅因為大貓熊的罕見，還因為白雲活潑的個性以及牠的完美母性。

目前在全美共有4座動物園與中國大陸簽下大貓熊租借協議，在華盛頓的大貓熊美香，上個月也才剛產下1隻新生的貓熊。

目前在全世界大約僅剩下1600隻大貓熊，其中絕大多數都在中國大陸。

最近政府公布了幸福指數，出乎大家意料之外，台灣在國際間的排名還不錯，也因此引起議論，一則質疑衡量的指標選擇有問題，另外就是覺得與庶民大眾普遍的感受似乎有落差，因為大家正為了薪資沒漲，對未來前景不樂觀而煩惱著。

的確，一個人覺得自己幸不幸福，真的跟金錢或物質享受沒有太大關係，有許多研究都顯示，幸福感與年齡、性別和家庭背景無關，主要決定因素反而是來自於輕鬆的心情和健康的生活態度。換句話說，幸福來自於心靈上的滿足與安全感，而不是擁有多少有形的物品。

曾經看過一份研究報告指出，通常人們所追求以為可以帶來幸福的事情，其實並沒有效果，比如住在豪宅或搬到風光明媚的好地點，其他如升官發財更是與幸福無關。結論是，當一個人可以自由掌握與調配自己的時間運用情況時，才會對自己有最大的滿意度。

難怪身不由己的忙碌現代人這麼不快樂，精神上也充滿挫折與抑鬱困頓的情緒。尤其習慣被要求做事有效率的上班族，在長期一心多用之下，逐漸喪失了對事物的真正感受。

印度經典奧義書裡寫著：「任何需要理由的快樂，只是悲慘的另一種形式。」是的，所謂快樂不用理由，意思就是我們可以無條件的快樂，並不是因為我們生活完美或應有盡有，而是不管我們人生有何遭遇或不幸，我們也依然可以快樂幸福，所以我們也可以不必再耗費巨大精神與能量，抗拒或惱怒那些已經發生或無法改變的事，我們也不必再等到「將來某天」當我們如何如何時，就會幸福與快樂，因為不必附帶任何條件的，我們的快樂不必要有理由的。

不過這種體會與境界畢竟還是不太容易的，雖然頓悟與否往往在一念之間。

倒是對於生活在緊張又忙碌的現代人來說，重新省思自己日常生活的時間分配或許是具體可行的幸福之道，心理學家容格說：「人到四、五十歲左右，往往感覺到生活失去了平衡，因為在社會化制約之下，往往會過度將時間投入在某一方面，而忽略了自己其他部份，而這未被發現的自我，在長時間壓抑後，渴望再度被發現。」

完整的生活才是生命的全部，生活中的點點滴滴，喜怒哀樂整個加起來就是生命的意義。人生的幸福在很多時候是來自一些看起來沒有什麼意義，甚至一些平淡無奇的事物。記得在日本電影「自虐之詩」中有一句令我很感動的話：「無論是幸福或不幸，都值得珍惜，這就是人生的意義。」

幸福何處尋？什麼是最好的時刻？就是現在。什麼是最好的地方？就是這個地方。

【翁琬柔／綜合報導】日本女星榮倉奈奈在主演新片《圖書館戰爭》中與傑尼斯偶像岡田准一合作，飾演特殊部隊隊員的她在片中有許多受訓的場景，她堅持不用替身，常常摔得滿身傷，不過她卻感到非常有成就感，還說：「幸好拍攝成果非常帥氣，我很開心。」

榮倉奈奈在《圖》片中曾挑釁飾演教官的岡田准一，嗆聲說：「你那麼矮，有辦法抓到我的領子嗎？」沒想到5秒鐘就被岡田准一打趴，並把榮倉奈奈壓制在地上，看起來痛苦不已，這一幕也讓現場所有工作人員拍手叫好，認為奈奈真的非常敬業。該片下周五將在台上映。
