【戴之聖／新北報導】「快點救他！他沒氣了！」昨天晚間11時許，民眾報案表示，新北市貢寮福連國小有潛水客溺水，岸巡13大隊人員立即前往，發現40歲的鄭姓男子穿潛水服裝躺在地上，一旁的民眾在為他做CPR急救，警消緊急將鄭男送醫急救，但仍在今天凌晨1時許宣告不治。

岸巡人員調查，傅姓、余姓民眾昨晚在潛水時發現海裡有燈光晃動，下潛3公尺發現鄭男完全不動停在水中，余男趕緊按下緊急充氣閥讓鄭男浮出水面再報案送醫，由於鄭男健康狀況良好，將會報警檢察官相驗釐清鄭男死因。

【綜合報導】敍利亞最近向平民發動化武攻擊，引來國際社會關注。英國萊瑟斯特大學（Leicester University）考古學家詹姆斯（Simon James）2009年曾發表論文，指敍利亞一帶最早在1700年前就出現化武。

詹姆斯博士當年受訪時指出，西元256年，波斯人於東敍利亞一帶與羅馬士兵交手，有20名羅馬士兵通過一個約20平方公尺的狹窄空間時，突然在數秒內失去知覺，數分鐘後全部死亡。

詹姆斯博士研究羅馬士兵的屍骸後，認為以當時的兵器技術，波斯人當年應是使用了化武，才可能讓20名士兵瞬間死亡。研究指波斯人是用瀝青與硫磺燒成毒煙，導致羅馬士兵身亡，這可能是世界上最早的化武使用紀錄。

總統馬英九今天對司法關說疑案親上火線。黨政高層表示，被關說者已下台負起政治責任，關說者不能置身事外。

馬總統下午嚴正發表約4分鐘談話，指立法院長涉司法關說，是台灣民主政治與法治發展「最恥辱的一天」，並呼籲全國民眾堅定地捍衛台灣的民主法治。

最高檢察署特別偵查組6日召開記者會，針對前法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌涉關說，認定事證明確，分別移送監察院及行政評鑑。同為關說疑雲當事人的還包括立法院長王金平與民主進步黨立法院黨團總召集人柯建銘。

黨政高層表示，這是大是大非的問題，從國家的層面論，國會議長與法務部長關說司法，此事已衝擊到國家的司法運作，會造成司法信心崩盤；從個人信念論，關說司法，已經嚴重踰越總統的理念，「總統已沒有不表達嚴正立場的空間」。

外界詢問，總統今天的聲明，是不是要王金平知所進退？黨政高層指出，總統今天的聲明，一方面是呼籲國人，不能坐視關說司法成為理所當然，另一方面，也是個人對司法正義理念的伸張。

黨政高層說，總統親上火線，對象又是立法院長王金平，不可諱言可能讓事件衍生衝擊，但在司法正義的最後防線上，「是可忍，孰不可忍」，總統已退無可退，只有捍衛理念，站出來說清楚、講明白，至少要告訴大家，總統不能容忍、也不會坐視。

對於陰謀論、鬥爭論的指控，黨政高層表示，這些都是轉移焦點的說法，真正的問題是，台灣社會，允許立法院長關說司法個案嗎？

黨政高層表示，這整件事情，馬總統都是被動告知，檢察總長黃世銘向總統報告前，總統並不知道黃世銘要說什麼，聽完報告後，也沒有指示檢方任何舉動，不干涉司法、不介入司法個案，是總統堅持的理念，「從前如此、現在如此、未來也如此」。

對於監聽的疑問，黨政高層表示，這部分特偵組已有說明，這是針對司法案件的合法監聽，民進黨不必模糊焦點，把這件事扭曲為政治監聽。反倒是民進黨主席蘇貞昌、前黨主席蔡英文等人，到現在還沒有道德勇氣告訴國人，如何處理柯建銘關說，難道還要持續護短？

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】國道1號南下14公里處，今天早上10時許1輛小貨車自撞護欄，救援的警消抵達現場，因小貨車駕駛僅輕傷，救援車輛準備離開時，1輛由宜蘭開往美麗華的首都之星客運，疑似車速過快追撞停在路肩的救援車輛，目前有多人受傷，新北市消防局已經加派救護車前往救援。

針對立法院長王金平涉及關說案，國民黨文傳會副主委殷瑋今晚表示，黨中央考紀會已決定就此案召開考紀委員會。至於召開會議的時間點，殷瑋說，王金平已預訂於週二返國，為使王金平於返國後有充份時間對外說明，考紀會將於週三上午召開。
