【戴安瑋／台北報導】台灣蜂蜜今年減產5成，純蜜產地價上漲 1 至2成，但宜蘭大學教授陳裕文去年從通路、水果攤抽檢的市售蜂蜜12件，有6件是百分之百用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成、沒有一滴蜂蜜的偽蜜，但標示為調和蜜，有3件是高果糖漿和蜂蜜對半摻的卻標示為純蜜，僅3件是真的純蜜。他說，他今年擴大抽檢130件，80件是有國產蜂產品證明標章都是真的純蜜，另50件通路及水果攤抽驗結果，將於年底出爐。

台灣養蜂協會理事長吳朝生說，台灣蜂蜜產量一直在減少，市場需求大，早期有通路為競爭，曾用高果糖漿、焦糖色素及香精調和而成出售，經苗栗農改場踢爆後，衛福部即訂定標準，同意業者可以在蜂蜜中摻高果糖漿，但要誠實標示，違者即違反《食管法》可重罰。

【張博亭／台北報導】針對法務部長曾勇夫下台，台大創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今表示，這件案子很奇怪，為什麼有人能授權監聽立法院長王金平和民進黨黨團總召柯建銘？授權監聽的對象層級有多高，應該有人出面說明；他也說，這個政府像「自走砲」，已經到了不受控制的地步，隨便就能監聽別人，實在很誇張。  

柯文哲今出席台大醫院單車社舉辦的騎車活動，他笑說，自己有在騎車，所以台大醫院單車社找他來當社長，不過這個社長「只負責蓋章與宣傳造勢」。

上海邊檢部門表示，自今年元旦起施行「72小時過境免簽」政策至今，享受該項便利的旅客人數穩步增長，8月份使用該政策人數已達1300餘人次，比實施首月增加了95.2%，且該政策對發達國家人員來滬過境遊有明顯刺激作用。

自今年元旦起，上海對部分外國人實行「72小時過境免簽」政策，即對符合72小時過境免簽範圍國家（共45個國家）的公民，憑其本人有效國際旅行證件，和已確定日期及機票座位、並在72小時內離境的聯程機票或相關證明，從上海浦東機場或虹橋機場過境前往第三國（地區），可免辦簽證在上海行政區域內停留不超過72小時。

上海機場邊檢部門的相關統計顯示，截至9月1日，享受該項過境免簽政策的旅客達8300餘人次，其中8月份人數為該政策實施以來單月最高。

在上述8300餘人次旅客中，來自美國的旅客以1200餘人次大幅領先其他國家，居首位；來自澳大利亞和新西蘭的旅客分別以1100餘人次和1000餘人次位列第二和第三；此外，德國、法國、英國等與中國交流頻繁的歐洲發達國家旅客人數，也均在670人次以上。

上海邊檢部門稱，72小時過境免簽政策對發達國家人員來滬過境遊的刺激作用十分顯著，從目前此間國際航班旅客中轉過境的情況看，享受這一政策的遊客數量還在穩步增長。

【綜合報導】美國阿肯色州小岩城教育局，上月致函全體教職員，列出新的服飾標準，明定全體老師一定要穿內褲，女老師須穿胸罩，但不能讓胸罩的顏色、款式和布料外露。

相關規定包括，老師不能穿透明、薄紗的衣服，也絕對禁止露出肚臍，非特定日子不能穿牛仔褲。除體育和舞蹈老師外，一律不准穿運動服，也不能穿印有酒、毒品、黑幫和性愛等標語的衣服，甚至不能穿含超彈性纖維spandex的緊身褲和涼鞋上班。

當地的老師工會擔心，若有老師因服飾不合規定，又拒換衣服，會被學校秋後算賬，甚至丟掉飯碗。
