【楊忠翰／台北報導】今天下午3時許，908台灣國在凱道集會，並舉行丟鞋活動，未料台灣國總會長王獻極竟趁著警方將注意力放在主舞台時，率眾將外交部正門招牌拆下，並開始跟警方玩起捉迷藏，他先是群眾中四處逃竄，然後眾人簇擁下，步上舞台與警方對峙。

中正一分局分局長方仰寧隨即舉牌警告，並要求王獻極立即歸還招牌，警民雙方在舞台前方爆發小規模推擠，此時警方趁亂率隊由後方爬上舞台，一舉將招牌奪回。中正一分局表示，此次警方一共出動210名警力，針對王之行為，分局將會蒐集證據後，依毀損及妨害公務等罪傳喚他到案說明。

【綜合報導】香港升學競爭激烈，從幼兒園開始就要面試，孩子才1歲，父母就要起跑。將軍澳三間幼兒園，昨晨以先到先得方式，收取俗稱PN班的學前預備班入學申請表，大批去年龍年出生的龍寶寶家長，前天一早便開始在校外24小時通宵排隊，還有人全家總動員，出動多名成員在不同學校排隊，結果三校共有逾千人排長龍。

這三間幼兒園昨晨9時起，收取明年9月開學的PN班申請表。排隊家長在取得表格後，必須立刻填表、繳交個人資料及繳付30元港幣（約115元台幣）報名費，然後校方會安排面試日期。還有老人帶著8歲孫兒到場幫忙排隊，晚上讓孫兒在街頭席地而睡。

一名任職資訊科技業的梁先生，已一口氣報名10間幼兒園，以確保其1歲幼子明年進得了PN學前預備班。他表示，因為3歲長子沒讀PN班，「小班（K1）開學三周，唱歌繪畫，甚至老師教向左走向右走，同學都懂，只有我兒子跟不上節奏，連老師都說他是最慢的一個。我覺得跟他沒讀PN班有關。」因此他寧願排隊輪候一日一夜，都要幼子讀到好的PN班。

不過香港教師協會幼兒教育發言人翁巧香表示，不少家長為了「不讓孩子輸在起跑線」而爭相報讀PN班，但其實年僅2歲的小孩，最重要是與父母發展親子關係而非讀書，不應揠苗助長，小孩反會對學習失去興趣，後果會很嚴重。

【陳世河／台中報導】台中神岡區張姓男子（48歲，公共危險前科）5日下4點多，喝酒後跑到神岡區豐洲路301巷馬路中間攔車，過往車輛驚嚇之餘紛紛閃避並報警，警方前往民眾報案指稱地點，發現張男正拍打路旁住家鐵門，為保護張男安全，警員將張男帶回派出所管束，不料張男被帶回派出所後情緒失控，不斷對警員大罵「幹你娘xx、龜兒子、大估呆」，警員多次勸誡張男這樣涉嫌妨害公務，不料張男沒有收斂反而撂下狠話說：「我交保出來還會來輸贏（會報復之意）警方最後在錄影蒐證後，將他依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。
