【綜合報導】浙江杭州西湖景區內虎跑泉，以泉水甘洌醇厚聞名，近日該處一條溪流，漂浮大量奶白色不明物體，且味道刺鼻，斷斷續續近一公里長。當地政府調查後發現，該處的污水管疑有所滲漏，污水滲漏到電力井內，導致溪流被污染。網友則怒轟，請當地環保局長來這洗腳。

據悉，因虎跑泉水甜，長年以來不少杭州人都會到虎跑取水，至於該溪流的污染，是否會影響到虎跑泉水，市政部門表示目前暫不清楚。

【綜合報導】科威特首都以南一個高級住宅區街頭，8日出現一隻「流浪獅」，嚇壞不少居民。一位民眾主動將獅子引入汽車後座，但獅子似乎獸性大發，民眾害怕報警， 警員到場將獅子運走。

近來科威特富豪流行飼養野生動物，視為身分地位的象徵，警方懷疑這頭獅子應是有人非法飼養，獅子剛成年，警方正尋找主人下落。

國民黨中常委昨天改選，先前傳出組成換票機制的「26 聯盟」選情雖不如預期，只有當選20席，但仍在37席常委裡過得過半數席位。是否能影響未來黨內決策，引發關切。不過黨內人士分析，選舉結果算是達到「權力平衡」，黨中央和地方勢力，都有贏有輸。

「26聯盟」最具指標性的雲林「張（榮味）系人馬」，許宇甄、林文瑞和廖苑君都落選，只有張嘉郡靠青年、婦女保障名額上榜，可說是最大輸家。黨內人士分析，這和張家被指為「26聯盟操盤者」有密切關係，這恐怕也會影響未來雲林縣的縣長選情。

不過除此之外，26聯盟也只有立委呂玉玲和現任中常委許顯榮落選；黨內人士分析，部分因素是換票仍有一定效果，但主要原因仍是當選者仍具一定實力，即使不加入聯盟，也有自行當選能力。

一位曾擔任中常委的國民黨幹部認為，過去黨中央「打壓地方派系」的企圖明顯，效果也很顯著；要說派系「班師回朝」雖然言過，但地方派系重新在黨內有一席之地，應是可以預期的結果，而且對黨的發展來說也「未必是壞事」。
