【李宗祐／嘉義報導】今年五月間因涉嫌盜賣公糧的大林鎮瑞記碾米廠今天晚上10時26分傳出火警，嘉義縣消防局9個分隊、8輛水箱車、3輛水庫車、1輛救護車趕往馳援，50名警、義消趕往協助灌救，火勢直至11時40分許完全撲滅，幸好無人傷亡。
 
　由於瑞記曾涉嫌盜賣公糧、非法吸金由檢警調查中，深夜突然發生火警，消防及警方鑑識人員於現場小心搜證。
 
　消防局第二大隊長沈廷衡表示，火警地點為廠區內一處倉庫，燃燒的物品都是棧板，面積近50平方公尺，起火原因調查中。

內政部先撤銷後認定有效的「吳姓跨性別婚姻」主角，今天出席凱達格蘭大道的千人辦桌活動，力挺「多元成家」法案。

吳伊婷和吳芷儀原為男性，吳伊婷先接受變性手術轉變為女性，去年和吳芷儀結婚，後來吳芷儀也登記變更性別，遭內政部發函要求撤銷。引發爭議後，內政部緊急開會後得出結論，認為結婚登記時，當事人身分證上性別為1男1女，婚姻有效。

台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟推動「多元成家」立法，今天晚上在凱達格蘭大道席開120桌，吳伊婷和吳芷儀出席活動。吳伊婷說，從她們的經歷可知道，台灣缺乏多元性別成家的法律保障，才能讓政府部門任意解讀。

吳伊婷認為，台灣是一個多元的社會，如果沒有損害到他人，就應該保障所有人成家的權益。

另一位男同性戀者「大尾」表示，多元成家不只是為了同性戀者，在英國因為有「伴侶」制度，很多異性戀者不想受婚姻束縛，也選擇登記為「伴侶」。因此伴侶盟推動的法案，是可以滿足各種性取向、身分認同的人對成家的想像。

女同性戀者「反反」和伴侶交往6年多，雙方家人認同她們的關係，平時互相依賴、相處都跟一般異性戀家庭無異。但只要她們去辦護照、銀行開戶等，就會受限於兩人沒有法律關係，感覺自己是「次等公民」。

反反舉例，兩人一同買房子，卻只能登記在一人名下，導致她在戶口名簿上的狀態是「寄居」。

反反驕傲地說，很多人質疑同性戀伴侶不會幸福，但她和伴侶就是最好的典範。

中國國民黨發言人殷瑋、民主進步黨立法委員鄭麗君等政治人物，今天都以個人身分認桌。鄭麗君說，多元成家法案是民主深化的指標，應該獲得跨黨派的支持，他也呼籲馬政府找一個支持性別平權的人，擔任法務部長。

伴侶盟9月將草擬的「多元成家民法修正案」送入立法院，內容包括同性婚姻、伴侶制度、家屬制度及收養等。今天有1200位支持多元成家者一同參與辦桌，包括作家陳雪、歌星陳珊妮也都出席力挺。

【綜合報導】搭乘飛機起飛前，空姐總會不厭其煩地介紹座位下方救生衣的穿法，以防萬一。但如果救生衣被偷走呢？

中國人搭飛機，往往被發現順手牽羊拿走餐具或毛毯，現在連救生衣都不放過。天津機場安檢人員日前利用X光檢查旅客行李時，發現其中一件行李內有可疑物品，要求所有人打開，竟發現裡面裝著一件黃色飛機專用救生衣，根據編號查閱紀錄，得知這件救生衣原來是先前另一航班遺失的，立刻扣查攜帶這件行李的雷姓男旅客。

雷姓男子承認，自己早前搭乘飛機時發現機上的救生衣沒人看管，想拿一件收藏，以方便日後可以穿去游泳，趁飛機空服員沒注意時，偷偷將救生衣放入行李中。雷姓男子最後被罰行政拘留10天。

【綜合報導】美國歐巴馬正在思考是否對敘利亞正式出兵，但一名伊朗男子佛嘉尼(Alireza Forghani)卻在上周揚言，若歐巴馬出兵攻打敘利亞，「我會性侵、並殺掉你的女兒」。

據了解，佛嘉尼過去曾是伊朗政府官員，但他在上周發出恐嚇文，指出美國若出兵攻敘，所有美國官員、議員都會被綁架，「18小時後他們遭到分屍的影像就會流出」。佛嘉尼還更揚言要性侵歐巴馬的女兒，甚至有可能將其殺害。

目前美國情治單位已經將佛嘉尼列為「黑名單」，並嚴加追蹤。

德國「週日畫報」今天根據得自德國情報機構的消息報導，敘利亞政府軍8月21日在大馬士革近郊發動化學武器攻擊，可能並未取得總統阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）的許可。

路透社報導，週日畫報（Bild am Sonntag）說，據德國情報人員截聽到的無線電通訊，敘利亞政府軍有些師長和旅長近4個半月來一直要求總統府允許他們動用化學武器。

德國情報官員指出，這可能意味阿塞德並未親自准許8月這起造成1400多人喪生的化武攻擊。

週日畫報說，無線電通訊是由航行在敘利亞外海的德國海軍偵察船歐克號（Oker）截獲的。

德國聯邦情報局（BND）局長辛德勒（GerhardSchindler）上週向國會國防和外交委員會進行秘密的簡報。週日畫報說，辛德勒說，敘利亞內戰可能再打數年。

德國三軍參謀長維克爾（Volker Wieker）將軍也告訴國會議員，敘利亞反抗軍各派系中，與蓋達組織（al-Qaeda）掛鉤的派系影響力愈來愈強。
