【綜合報導】逾5000名迪士尼粉絲聯署請願信，批評巴黎迪士尼主題樂園質素有問題，包括食物差、設施損毁、缺乏表演，要求迪士尼公司改善。

英國《獨立報》報導，發起聯署的投訴人加倫特（Guillaume Gallant）表示，共收到5127個簽名，昨已將投訴信送交美國迪士尼公司。加倫特稱日前到巴黎迪士尼公園遊玩，發現園內4場表演全部取消，2個景點封閉。
 
他們在一間價錢相當昂貴的餐廳點餐，竟然不到5分鐘便上菜，分明一早已煮好，只是重新弄熱上桌。更離譜是，主題公園內的表演，竟然全部取消，相信是迪士尼主題公園史上第一次。

巴黎迪士尼樂園1992年開幕，雖然面積不及加州的迪士尼樂園，但仍是全歐洲最多人參觀的主題樂園，去年吸引1600萬人次入場，相等於艾菲爾鐵塔和羅浮宮的遊客總和。但加倫特批評，主題公園近年為了節省成本，質素大不如前。迪士尼發言人表示，會認真處理顧客的意見。

【蔡智銘、林建鋒／台中報導】立法院長王金平靠著法院提假處分案過關，順利保留黨權，使得即將開議的立法院會，可能出現紛亂情形，法官、律師出身的台中市議員洪嘉鴻，今早突召開記者會，呼籲「在歷史關鍵時刻，請王金平院長優雅下台，平安是福。」但國民黨台中市黨部高層黨工突然到場坐鎮，外界好奇是不是黨部授意下「指導棋」？洪嘉鴻強調，這是他個人行為，主要是認為只有王金平下台，立院才能正常運作，平順推動院務。
 
洪嘉鴻說，王金平既然去電關切司法個案，能否樹立典範仍居立院院長，這是大是大非的問題，他希望立委有人能站出來說真話，他也只是代為反應部份基層黨員心聲。洪甚至呼籲：「只要王金平主動請辭立法院長一職，他願意辭去台中市議員相陪。」

不過，國民黨台中市黨部總幹事吳整能突到場觀看，引發外界揣測，國民黨是否幕後操刀?吳整能強調，黨部事先並不知情，絕無授意民代開記者會，只是「聽說」後到場了解關心。

【戴之聖／基隆報導】新北市1名鄒姓孕婦，昨天晚上7時許開車載著6歲小女兒行經台62快速道路，卻一直在繞行找不到回家的路，鄒女越開越怕，以為遇到鬼打牆，一旁的小女兒也哭出來，鄒女嚇的立刻報警請求警方協助。

深澳坑所警員立即開車前往四角亭交流道，並開著警示燈讓鄒女開車緊跟，平安送鄒女返家，警方熱心的協助讓鄒女非常感謝。

立法院長王金平下午3點返回高雄路竹老家，先到巷子口的代天府參拜。現場聚集了支持者，包括高雄9名各黨籍立委、卸任立委林宏宗、南投市長許淑華，以及江欽良、小潘潘夫婦等。

高雄市長陳菊、副市長劉世芳，也趕到路竹與王金平寒喧。一見面，陳菊就說，院長瘦了！她表示，同為高雄人，王金平為高雄付出這麼多，一定要來支持院長，「不讓院長孤獨！」

王金平非常感動，感謝大家的支持！(記者林保光)

王金平委任律師許英傑，中午到台北高等行政法院遞狀撤回行政訴訟的假處分。

許英傑說，王金平今早已派人將台北地方法院昨天裁准的假處分執行命令送達中選會、國民黨、立法院，相信這些機關不會做出違反法令的動作。

他說，既然黨藉已存在，王金平的立委與院長職務自然存在。為避免耗費司法資源，因此向台北高等行政法院撤回假處分聲請。

許英傑指出，就算下周國民黨向高等法院抗告成功，也不會停止假處分執行（指王金平仍暫時保有黨籍約十天），後續還有救濟管道，我們只能就最新狀況做最佳因應，我們有我們的節奏。
