【綜合報導】烏干達一名18歲少女多次遭生父性侵還懷孕，由於無法再隱忍，日前用刀子親手殺害了父親。她對於罪行坦承不諱，獲得廣大的輿論同情，而該國法院最近也做出判決，裁定她服「象徵性」的6小時徒刑。少女隨後入監服刑，並於日落後獲釋回家。
 
根據國營媒體《新視角》報導，這名女子從13歲起開始遭父親性侵，次數多到難以計數。更令人髮指的是，獸父還性侵她的2個姐姐，總計經由亂倫，與自己的女兒生下5個小孩。
 
法新社報導，本案檢察官說：「由於少女認罪、說殺人是出於自我防衛，法官僅判她坐牢6小時。她已出獄。」

【晏明強/台北報導】總統府發言人李佳霏表示，台北地方法院針對王金平具狀聲請「定暫時狀態」作出假處分的裁定，在暫時狀態未解除前，馬英九總統將會在尊重司法的原則下，維持原來對王金平院長的稱呼，「這是符合暫時狀態的做法」。她指出，馬英九總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。現階段總統和王院長的互動，是以「訴訟照打、政務照推」為原則。

【龍柏安／花蓮報導】2013觀護盃國際籃球邀請賽，今天南韓隊在4強賽面對達欣，第2節還剩7分21秒時，一度揚言罷賽不打，原因竟然是南韓隊總教練千倉真搞烏龍，誤把對達欣的犯規，算在自己隊員身上，經裁判溝通過後，比賽才順利進行，最終南韓以76比65擊敗達欣，明天將與美國隊爭冠。
 
南韓隊在3天內2度鬧事，前天面對金酒，南韓前鋒宋永鎮蓄意揮拐，差點引發亂鬥，最後南韓共6名球員被驅逐出場，金酒的王男桂和陳靖寰也遭奪權。
 
今天南韓沒出拳頭，卻是無理取鬧搞烏龍，達欣前鋒朱億宗第2節企圖突破對方擋人、出手推擠，裁判響哨，沒想到千倉真突然抓狂，把球員全部召集回去，還嗆聲：「我們不打了！」
 
千倉真坐在板凳席高分貝質問裁判，為什麼他們球員場上被推被擠，對方都不會犯規，裁判向他解釋：「我們吹得是台灣球員犯規。」沒台階下的千倉真只能硬凹：「台灣裁判都不公正。」
 
這場鬧劇經裁判協調後，所幸如願重新開打，達欣助理教練范耿祥賽後說：「韓國每次都是用裝的，他們如果不打，贏家就是我們。」被吹犯規，對方還要罷賽，朱億宗也摸著頭說：「當下我完全搞不清楚狀況，但他們不打最好，我們還能留著體力打冠軍賽。」
