| 醉男持斧頭工廠行兇 同事頭遭砍傷

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】樹林區三龍街1家有38年歷史的介明塑膠廠驚傳1起持斧頭砍人案件，昨天晚上8時許，43歲官姓男員工到達公司準備上班時，被喝醉酒的同事拿斧頭砍傷，送醫時在頭部2處、頸部1處各5公分撕裂傷，送醫急救目前並無生命危險，廠方低調表示並不清楚詳細情形。警方表已掌握兇嫌相關資料，目前已加派警力擴大偵辦追緝凶徒中。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】中國聯通的iPhone 5S與5C預購量突破10萬支，但與去年iPhone 5預售開始2天就突破20萬支的業績相比，銷量等同腰斬，加上中國電信削減了對iPhone 5S的補貼，投資人憂心蘋果（Apple）金雞母iPhone優勢不再，拖累蘋果周一盤中股價一度重挫2.7%。
與iPhone 5S與5C發布前1天的收盤價506.17美元相比，蘋果近5個交易日的股價已大跌50美元以上，跌幅逾10%，市值縮水逾465億美元（1.38兆元台幣），相當於2家諾基亞（NOKIA）的總市值。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】對中國人來說，雞爪是一道美食，但在英國人眼裡，卻被視為該丟進垃圾場的廢物。不過英國政府看好，出口雞爪、豬腳等禽畜內臟與殘餘物，可望為英國畜禽業農戶每年增加數百萬英鎊的收入，目前正與中國當局商討相關出口事宜。
在英國，雞爪被視為沒有食用價值的廢物，每周有數百萬支雞爪被扔進垃圾掩埋場。不過中國去年可是從海外進口了約23.17萬噸的雞爪，價值約2.14億英鎊（101億元台幣）。
據英國政府估計，向中國出口雞爪，將為每一隻雞增加15%的利潤，約合1.5英鎊（71元台幣）。

【綜合報導】這樣的景象，真的讓人感到不可思議，野生動物攝影師蒙地史隆，在印第安那州的野狼生態公園中拍攝時，狼群居然朝他撒嬌，又親又磨蹭，賴在他身上，絲毫沒有攻擊他的意圖。
雖然根據公園描述指出，狼群不會朝獵物咆嘯，而是會顯得相當興奮開心，甚至看起來很友善的樣子，不過史隆表示當時狼群絕對沒有把他當獵物，就像小狗一樣，依偎在他身邊和他玩耍，這樣的行為完全和大家以為的背道而馳，不過事實上野生的狼並不危險，牠們反倒對人類相當懼怕，看到人類就會立刻逃跑確保安全。

臺中市大安海域大腸桿菌污染問題，市長胡志強16日在市政會議中指示專案小組加速處理；環保局長劉邦裕報告指出，專案小組已有決議，將進行廢水攔截消毒，並加強抽查及輔導養豬戶處理豬隻的排洩物。
大安區長莊圳針對日前媒體報導大安區龜殼生態公園提出澄清；莊區長表示，他感謝市府去年撥款1500萬經費，改善公園景觀步道、施作草皮、生態池、園區LED景觀燈及舞臺等週邊設施，使生態公園成為大安區新亮點。
莊區長指出，大安歡唱音樂祭是在大安濱海樂園舉辦，不是在龜殼生態公園；媒體拍攝鏡頭在龜殼生態公園園區外面的海灘地，不是在生態公園裡面。
他說「市府水利局、建設局及公所同仁都很努力」，希望各界多給肯定。針對大安海灘的大腸桿菌污染問題，他也請市府給予協助。
胡市長回應，環保局「加速處理」大安海灘的大腸桿菌污染問題，「沒有理由拖」，他也去參觀過海灘養豬戶利用沼氣養殖的方式，可減少排洩物及惡臭。
農業局長蔡精強表示，養豬戶需接受市府及農委會的輔導，做好三段式廢棄物的分離、發酵及排放處理。蔡局長進一步表示，至於大腸桿菌是否確實由豬隻的排洩物造成？應該再深入調查及瞭解，他認為家庭廢水也會造成大腸桿菌的繁殖。
胡市長指示本案以環保局為主，也請觀光旅遊局、水利局、農業局及大安區公所組成的專案小組進行調查。對此，環保局長劉邦裕則表示，專案小組年底會做出總檢討，目前專案小組已決議由觀光旅遊局在後端攔截廢水進行消毒，並加強抽查及輔導養豬戶處理豬隻的排洩物。
