【吳國仲／台北報導】今天凌晨0時許，環河快速道路近西藏路匝道口發生一起車禍，1輛小客車疑因錯過匝道，從外側車道突然插入，遭後方大貨車追撞，還好小客車的李姓女駕駛(約58歲)只受輕傷，送醫治療無大礙。
 
大客車張姓男駕駛(30多歲)表示，從雲林載蘿蔔北上要到華中橋市場，在西藏路匝道時，小客車突然切入她的車道，以致煞車不及撞上。小客車的駕駛側玻璃破裂、門板凹陷，李女僅左手輕微擦傷無大礙。警方說雙方均無喝酒，將詳細調查確切肇事原因。

十八大三中全會前夕中南海政局敏感 李嘉誠似受託幫腔李克強

【大紀元2013年09月17日訊】（大紀元記者李真香港報導）近期避見傳媒的亞洲首富、長實和黃系主席李嘉誠，昨日突然高調現身傳媒飯局，大談對社會時政看法。超人從佔中、辣招、撤資談到香港競爭力，處處顯示對香港現狀的極度悲觀，包括GDP 遠低於新加坡，甚至香港不奮起直追，將落後於上海。

今次是李嘉誠近期罕有地一次講話，也都發生在香港特首梁振英第三次落區做秀，以及高調堅稱不會撤辣招之後，旋即成為傳媒關注的焦點。雖然李嘉誠沒有直接評論梁振英的表現，但就直指樓市辣招帶來的負面影響會在明年出現，又說，不排除樓市存在政策風險，對梁振英極度不滿之意溢於言表。

現年84歲的超人，一舉一動都備受外界關注。早前他高調售賣百佳，被傳撤資香港，以示對梁振英的不滿，其後拋售大陸上海和廣東的資產，加快撤資大陸的步伐，引發中港政經圈的震動。

分析認為，今次超人主動放話，用傳統華人的個性來表達對香港社會的擔憂和對CY控制香港地產的不滿，說明香港社會、特別是商界被極度悲觀情緒籠罩，超人最後又「勸勉香港人急起直追，自強不息」，值得港人深思。

談撤資：生意規模會隨經濟情況而定

據知超人露面全無徵兆，據主場新聞引述長實公關回應指，長實執行董事趙國雄昨午與報章地產版記者在長江中心頂層飯聚時，主席李嘉誠剛巧經過「講了幾句」。

根據長實發出的傳媒傾談撮要，超人今次的談話內容相當豐富，包括有關撤資言論、有關佔中、有關慈山寺、有關港大捐款、有關上海自由貿易區、有關香港競爭力、有關地產市道、有關土地供應、勵港人的說話，共11個小分題。

當中李嘉誠花了大量篇幅，回應近期撤資資傳聞。李嘉誠指出，長實和黃絕對不會遷冊，相信多年後都會屹立於香港，買賣資產是商業決定。但李嘉誠同時強調，「但生意規模大小會隨香港及世界的政治和經濟情況而作出決定，當然股東的利益，我亦要負起絕對的責任。」

迂迴嗆辣招 暗示對CY不滿

談到樓市，李嘉誠指香港地產市場實在由政府主導，不是由地產商決定，地產項目的發展週期長達四至五年，期間可能出現各種變化，因此難以估計樓價。
他贊成大量興建公屋，至於居屋，因價錢較平，應建細單位。

李嘉誠對目前梁振英以重稅抑制炒賣的「辣招」表示不想評論，但是就預言，「辣招帶來的負面影響會在明年出現」。對於在郊野撥地建屋？李嘉誠亦強調，環境是要保護，但未劃入綠化帶的土地可以理性方法處理，先行商量探討。

【綜合報導】湖北鄂州市澤林鎮，14日發生一宗離奇的鐵捲門「吃人」事故，一名男童被鐵門捲入身亡。

事故發生在澤林鎮福盛社區辦公樓，當日上午近8時，男童坐在辦公室大門口玩耍，身後的鐵捲門不知何故突然收起，男童被捲入一直上升到頂部。

當地消防局派出12名人員趕赴現場救援。當時男童頭部朝下、臉部發紫，卡在已升到2公尺高的捲門頂部。男童父母愛莫能助，在現場大哭。

北韓中央電視台主播金永信稱：「去年2月的時候金正恩書記說過，主播們都太嚴肅了，要稍微柔和一點。」於是主播們在一些較輕鬆的社會生活和經濟報導，改以較溫和、更生活化的語氣進行播報。
