小弟對這點有點疑問 依高速公路及快速公路交通管制規則第八條： 三、內側車道為超車道。但小型車於不堵塞行車之狀況下，得以該路段容許之最高速限行 駛於內側車道。 (附上網址：http://www.freeway.gov.tw/Publish.aspx?cnid=526&p=134 ) 請問不堵塞行車之狀況是指什麼？ 是指旁邊沒車的時候嗎？ 這點一直搞不清楚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.236.186

餐廳名稱：祥壽司 消費時間：2013/09 地址：新北市中和區仁愛街3號 電話：0930-080-654 營業時間：17:20-23:00 圖文版 http://julialkpkpk.pixnet.net/blog/post/239012864 位於南勢角夜市的祥壽司位置滿好找的，就在仁愛街3號，幾分甜麵包店旁邊不遠處 我們上次就是騎仁愛街接忠孝街去吃阿公麵的，不過阿公麵只營業到14點唷! 我們星期六的晚上來，一樓用餐區已經完全客滿 後來來的客人都上到2樓用餐了，內用和外帶的人潮真的滿多的 冷盤、握壽司等餐點都在前面的台子作業，熱炒類等熱食好像都在裡面廚房的樣子 菜單 Menu 店內賣的品項滿多的，不過這次沒有點燒烤類的來吃，我看滿多人都有點柳葉魚還香魚呢! 味噌湯，點飯類就有附湯 別看這小小一碗普通的附湯裡面的料還滿多的 我們在撈的時候都覺得滿驚訝的! 很有誠意啊! 而且豆腐是用傳統的板豆腐，滿好吃的 魚肉的部分有刺，喝湯的時候會不小心喝到散掉的魚骨，所以要慢慢喝喔! 豬排飯 80元 分量看起來其實不大，但吃完卻很有飽足感，撥開上面的蔬菜，豬排就藏在下面 不過可惜的是豬排，口味和口感都滿普通的，還好有附免費的味噌湯來撫慰人心啊! 炸魚飯 80元 看似小小一碗，好像也沒有很多料但是也讓我吃不完 炸魚飯的魚排有3片，但一樣都沒甚麼味道，感覺要沾點甚麼醬才會有味道 炸地瓜有2大塊，超有飽足感，整體味道滿淡的，就靠淋在飯上的醬汁提味 後來豬排飯和魚排飯都沒吃完，請店家打包了 魚卵沙拉 110元 這道滿新鮮的，是我平常吃的魚卵沙拉 之前在貢寮的黑白毛海鮮吃到滿特殊的魚卵沙拉，哈哈 沙拉旁邊還附了馬鈴薯泥，下方墊了大量的高麗菜絲，吃來滿清爽的喔! 握壽司 170元 這道是阿肥最期待的，果然沒讓人失望呀! 生魚片很新鮮，而且壽司米飯吃來有點甜甜的，整體的口感和味道都相當不錯 一入口，阿肥就被嗆到流眼淚了，我那時候很沒良心的在狂笑 因為他的表情真的超爆笑啊! XDDD 原因就是原來握壽司裡頭已經有添加一些芥末了 我們都不知道，後來阿肥覺得奇怪怎麼明明沒有沾很多芥末還這麼嗆 結果把生魚片一打開才知道原來裏頭就有抹了一些芥末 難怪阿肥會被嗆到流眼淚，囧 整體來說，今天點的餐只有對飯類的評價不太高 下次來應該不會再點飯類了，呵呵 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.133.99

【黃揚明／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今到立法院進行施政報告，9點會議開始進行國是論壇，在野黨立委輪番上陣，議題都聚焦在這次的九月政爭，但無論如何批評、斥責江宜樺，江宜樺始終在座位上勤做筆記、看報告，儼然成為「低頭族」。

相較江宜樺，立法院長王金平顯得神色自若，淡定主持議事，大多時間將雙手交叉放在大腿上，雙眼直視前方，偶爾與立院秘書長林錫山、議事人員交換意見。

國是論壇中，綠委葉宜津、劉建國、陳歐珀雖三度播放總統馬英九在2006年6月18日倒扁現場倡導罷免總統的影片，不過江宜樺仍不為所動，持續低頭。倒是王金平在第一次播放時，望向大銀幕觀賞。

【綜合報導】今天立院開議，江宜樺將於關說風暴後首度與王金平同台，對此早上王金平於8點5分現身立院時，對於外界的問題都不願多做回答。

對於江宜樺將上台施政報告，親民黨立委李桐豪在受訪時則表示，親民黨認為江宜樺根本不適任行政院長，讓江揆下台，大家一起來拚經濟，把政爭拋諸腦後才是正途，現在江揆對於立院的羞辱已經完全違背了憲政分立的原則，除非他進立院之前向立院正式道歉，否則根本不夠格上台。
