【綜合報導】桃園一名羅姓男子疑妻子(39歲)出軌，在家中藏錄音筆，錄下妻和賴姓男同事(44歲)在沙發上呻吟及浴室洗澡聲，控告2人妨害家庭。但羅妻稱，呻吟是按摩聲，檢方認為羅妻和賴男共處一室，無法斷定有性器結合；即使2人共浴，也只能說他們「情誼匪淺」，無法確定有性行為，因此不起訴處分。

羅妻和賴男指稱，當天2人原本約好去拜訪客戶，羅妻臨時身體不舒服，轉到女方家幫她按摩。羅妻向檢方說，賴男幫她按摩時，因下手輕重不一，「有時很痛、 有時很癢」，才會不由自主發出呻吟。賴男供稱，因按摩很費力流了一身汗，一個人到浴室洗澡，沒有姦情。

【綜合報導】德國總理莫克昨晚指出，德國確實曾經像敘利亞出口上百噸化學品，但否認是給敘利亞製造化學武器。

德國媒體指出，2002年以及2006年，德國曾向敍利亞共出口137噸化學製品，其中93噸為氟化氫，質疑這些化學品是否可能被用來製造沙林毒氣。莫克表示，這是前任政府批准的出口品，而且當時調查後認為這批化學品是做為民間用途，因此向出口企業頒發許可證。

莫克也說，目前仍沒有證據顯示這些從德國出口的化學品，被用來製造沙林毒氣。從2011年5月起，國際社會開始對叙利亞政府實行制裁，德國也沒有再向敍利亞出口過類似產品。

【陳俐妏╱台北報導】美林證券出具台股策略報告，今年下半年至明年出口復甦，加上農曆新年傳產和由金融類股帶動流動性，預估台股指數第4季至明年首季可望有相當表現，明年底適逢市長選舉，相關政策可望作多激勵經濟，按照歷史經驗，台股在市長選舉前也多正向表現，維持台股目標指數9000點。
 
美林證券指出，市場對於國民黨政爭對經濟和股市恐造成的不確定性風險有疑慮，不過根據研究顯示，過去25年國民黨內部有6次政爭分裂，發生時也多在GDP經歷谷底之際，但事件平復後，大盤平均6個月反彈達26%，6次政爭爭台股有4次反彈，2次修正的表現，而2次台股回檔修正主要是政黨輪替。
 
在類股佈局策略上，美林證券表示，農曆年前傳產類股，例如紡織、塑化和零售等多有強勁表現 美林證券台股策略組合包括台積電 (2330) 、鴻海 (2317) 、聯發科 (2454) 、兆豐金 (2886) 、大立光 (3008) 、永豐金 (2890) 、儒鴻 (1476) 、長榮航 (2618) 、遠百 (2903) 、王品 (2727) 等。

【辛啟松／台南報導】關廟區一家已打烊的羊肉店今天凌晨發生氣爆火警，猛烈氣炸力量，不僅把羊肉店內的電冰箱、爐具振出10公尺外的道路上，鄰近住戶的鐵門、玻璃窗也被振破，大火更快速竄燒，造成五人輕重傷，其中羊肉店3樓的一對母子一度受困，幸經消防員架梯救下，送醫後無大礙。
 
今天凌晨2時19分，關廟區南雄路2段的「羊肉進」羊肉店，突然發生氣爆火警。「轟！」一聲巨大聲響，宛如有人引爆一顆手榴彈，憾人的爆炸力從店內向外擴散，羊肉店電冰箱、廚具變成攻擊物，先擊破鐵門，再砸向馬路，不僅停在店門外的小貨車被180度轉向，就連店外招牌也撞凹對門商店的鐵門。
 
大火隨著氣爆向上竄燒，住在羊肉店3樓的一對母子從睡夢中被嚇醒，兩人趕緊跑到窗邊呼救，關廟消防隊員3分鐘內趕抵現場，立刻架梯接應兩人逃出，羊肉店隔壁的一名婦人也被破裂家具割傷手臂。消防員救出3人後，又在羊肉店旁巷子的麵店內，找到一對婆孫。救護隊說，5人大多遭玻璃割傷四肢或臉頰，僅杜姓男子因有吸入性灼傷，傷勢較為嚴重，其餘人送醫治療後均無大礙。

【簡銘柱／台北報導】1名李姓女子日前與友人至貓空泡茶聚會，夜深聚會散場後，李女順手攔了1輛計程車搭乘下山，下車後未注意到手機已遺落在車上，等到要打電話報平安時，才發現手機遺失。
 
李女趕緊到轄區派出所請求警方協助，警方也根據李女的描述，循線調閱監視器，找到李女搭乘的計程車楊姓駕駛，警方至電後得知楊姓駕駛已將手機交由警廣處理，等待失主領回，於是李女趕往警廣領回手機，並十分感謝警方積極地熱心幫助。
