【汪智博／台東報導】天兔颱風挾帶豪雨在台東肆虐，造成知本溪水暴漲造成潰堤，洪水沖進飯店，災情持續擴大，就連位於知本森林遊樂區的吊橋也遭殃，附近村民說，一早就發現一端的橋墩傾斜，岌岌可危，整座吊橋都在搖晃，就要遭洪水吞噬，相當可怕。

因為天兔颱風來襲暫時消氣避颱的高雄市黃色小鴨，今天下午1點過後將重新充氣、重返光榮碼頭海面，小鴨工作團隊今天上午9點左右就陸續展開相關作業，打造浮台的慶富造船公司為了加強浮台受吊掛強度，再次在浮台4個角焊上鋼鐵強化。

高雄市新聞局長賴瑞隆說，今天上午光榮碼頭的海面，風浪不小，海浪也打到岸邊，但工作團隊了解海象與颱風的專業人員評估，下午1、2點之後，風浪會減小，那時會再將小鴨充氣吊回海上。

他表示，因為擔心以後還會有颱風，小鴨還要吊上岸消氣避颱，所以上午慶富公司人員再加強浮台吊掛強度。

天兔颱風雖沒有在高雄地區造成大的風雨，可是光榮碼頭旁的樹還是折斷不少，高市政府環保局清潔人員也一早到場清理環境。

即使沒有小鴨可看，光榮碼頭排隊買小鴨周邊商品的民眾一早就已大排長龍，大家都想買一些正版的周邊商品回家當紀念品。

　天兔挾帶豪雨，公路總局統計截共12條公路封閉，傳出災情的台7線北橫公路巴陵西村路段因邊坡坍方，預計今天16時搶通。台7甲線大同鄉、台8線中橫公路碧綠溪路段，今天10時搶通。台8線中橫公路白沙橋土石坍方，預計得到周五（27日）17時才有望修復搶通。台16線（南投縣水里鄉）22K+300大灣淹水，預計今天15時開放。台17 線羌園（屏東縣佳冬鄉）264K+200淹水，預計今18時開放。

　另外預警性封閉，但幸未傳出災情的台7線北橫公路羅浮至巴陵路段今天16時開放。台20 線南橫公路向陽至霧鹿今17時開放、台20線撒拉啊嗚橋便橋周一日8時開放。台23線東富公路小天祥路段周一0時開放。台11線花蓮大橋（花蓮縣吉安鄉）今上午10時開放。

【張惠凱／台中報導】凌晨一點多，台中市警方獲報指出大雅路上有部自小客車撞上分隔島，警方與救護人員趕到現場僅發現小客車橫躺在馬路中，車內駕駛不見蹤影，警方發現車內遺留一張身分證及拖鞋，並在撞擊的擋風玻璃上發現毛髮，研判車上人員應該受傷跑不遠。

　　警方於附近搜索後在不遠處發現兩名男子，其中一名林姓男子(40歲)著短褲打赤腳，警員趕緊上前盤查，但林男失口否認是駕駛，經查證車上遺留的身分證的確是他本人，加上警方告知會從車上採集玻璃上毛髮男子才默認，最後同意酒測，經查酒測值0.35毫克，此時男子又說自己當過義警，有權利要求重測，讓警方哭笑不得，最後依公共危險帶回警局偵辦。

〔自由時報記者徐正揚／台北報導〕中華職棒取消表定賽事，幾乎都是因為下雨，原訂昨 天下午5點的義大犀牛與兄弟象之戰，卻因罕見的「風勢太強」，而改到10月6日（週日） 補賽，使得犀象兩隊於10月1日起的補賽第1週，都必須連續6天出賽，犀牛若接續10月8日 起的補賽第2週，更要面臨「9天8戰」。 天母球場昨天預定舉行「雙重賽」，中午1點的補賽，上午10點過後就因雨取消，再延到 今天中午1點補賽，儘管雨勢在午後停止，表定下午5點的賽事，一度有機會準時開打，卻 換成強風來攪局，不但蓋在內野的防水帆布被吹得到處跑，就連架設球場廣告的工作人員 ，都差點連同鋁梯被吹倒。 近7年第二度因風停賽 兩隊總教練勘查場地後，都覺得風勢實在太強，執意比賽可能發生意外，決定延到10月6 日（週日）補賽，兩隊在補賽第1週不但都要連打6天，而且自10月2日起，還要連續交手5 場，由於象隊本季對犀牛以13勝20敗落居下風，這個5連戰可能攸關象隊能否拿到下半季 冠軍。 紀錄組韓錫昌指出，因為風勢太強而取消比賽，在中職史上確實少見，前次是2006年7月 25日在台南球場，受凱米颱風逼近影響，球場沒下雨但風勢很強，統一獅總教練大橋穰建 議取消當晚6點半對兄弟象之戰。 犀牛野手中體重最輕（72公斤）、身材看似最單薄的林瑋恩，被大夥笑說「趕快找根繩子 ，套在他的腰上，萬一被吹走，馬上可以拉回來」，林瑋恩也自嘲說「不用緊張啦，真要 比賽的話，我會雙腳都綁啞鈴再上場」。 http://ppt.cc/Fy7X -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.31.48

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】由於嘉義地區已非天兔颱風陸上警戒區域，中央氣象局於今天8時30分解除陸上颱風警報，林務局嘉義林管處阿里山國家森林遊樂區上午8時也重新開園。嘉義林管處特別提醒民眾，天氣狀況仍不穩定，加上雨後山區土石含水量高，易有落石及坍方，呼籲遊客於山區活動仍應特別留意自身安全。

【綜合報導】北京朝陽區一社區住處，上周五晚有十多名男性被指聚眾淫亂，遭警方帶走時，多名男子僅穿內褲。其中3人已被警方行政拘留。

《新京報》報導，據鄰近的住戶表示，當時10來個警察進入事發住所，從裡面帶出了10幾名男子。3輛警車裝不下，後來又來了一輛。警方整個行動花了一個多小時。社區的保全更指，警員在現場搜出兩包類似是裝保險套的盒子。

有知情人士爆料，平時常常會看到，幾個穿著花綠的男子，勾肩搭背進入社區。他們穿著打扮比較前衛，戴著耳環。
