【綜合報導】巴基斯坦古城白沙瓦(Peshawar)的萬聖教堂(All Saint Church)，在22日上午發生一起自殺炸彈攻擊事件，當時群眾正結束上午的彌撒，2名自殺炸彈客引爆身上的炸彈，目前死亡人數已經超過80人，其中至少包括7個孩童、另有146名輕重傷者，估計約有350人幸運脫逃。

根據當地警方描述，當時其中一名炸彈客，在教堂入口朝警衛開槍，造成一人死亡，接著丟擲手榴彈，以阻止警察支援火力進入教堂，之後引爆身上穿的裝有約6公斤重火藥的炸彈背心，當時第二名炸彈客已經在教堂內，也隨即引爆身上穿的炸彈。警方尚未公布策畫這起攻擊案的主使者，懷疑可能是巴基斯坦神學士和基地組織人員。

巴基斯坦的基督教徒僅占全國人口總數的2%，是巴基斯坦最貧困的階層，許多都靠做苦力維生，主要都是因為受到主流穆斯林社會的歧視。

【李俊淇／新北報導】天兔颱風昨晚帶來強風及豪雨，新北市中和區1間待拆的老舊房屋，經過1夜的狂風摧襲，1片鐵皮被風力吹落，懸掛在半空中變成危樓，附近民眾擔心鐵皮恐砸傷經過民眾，緊急報警處理

警消到場發現，鐵皮仍被釘在牆上，非人力可以拆除，只好將鐵皮塞進牆縫中，避免風吹掉落，再通知屋主前往處理。

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（大紀元記者黃清綜合報導）中共紅色太子黨薄熙來的一審宣判，在9月22日以判處無期徒刑而告一段落。薄案將進入第二季之際，與薄合謀政變的前政治局常委周永康被擺上台，其貪腐大本營四川和石油系統持續地震，心腹鐵桿悉數被剪除，同時周永康盤踞在政法系統的勢力亦被調查。

石油幫及政法系統，是周永康長期工作且藉以發跡的兩大系統。這兩大系統近期遭到嚴查，凸顯周永康頸上「絞繩」被越收越緊。外界高度關注，中共會否打破文革後「刑不上（政治局）常委」的潛規則。

薄案第二季開場

中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來9月22日被判處無期徒刑，並處沒收個人全部財產。英國《衛報》在濟南的記者表示，這個判決向外界發出了一個政治信號。文章稱，這個判決希望給這起導致中國高層混亂局面的政治事件劃上一個句號，而判決同樣也為今年秋季的十八屆三中全會作準備。

同時出現的消息，還有周永康的兒子從海外被押解回北京，遭到軟禁。但是此消息在海外中文媒體上出現，並沒有被證實。薄案第二季也正式開場。

《衛報》引述學者陳子明分析表示，對於習近平和中共來說，下一步是繼續「打老虎」反腐。而中國也確實有很多「老虎」需要清理。

《法新社》9月20日報導說，隨著針對薄熙來的訴訟接近尾聲，除非有任何上訴，外界的疑問是，中共領導人下一個將轉向誰，哪怕是在最高層，來展示他們反腐敗的決心？

此報導稱，猜測已經沸沸揚揚，他們可能採取一個激烈的步驟，瞄準一個更高級別的最近退休的人物以及薄熙來的盟友－－周永康。

此前，中國學者姚監復向《德國之聲》表示：「一審宮廷鬥爭的第二集，主角從薄熙來變成周永康。另外這個審判，雖然是審判薄熙來，再審上週永康，這個戲就好看了，而且實際上幕後的被審判者是中國共產黨。」

步步逼近 周永康似成箭靶

近日海外多家媒體曝光周永康胞妹周玲英涉及掏空國企，以及周永康兒子被控制的消息，矛頭均指向周。

9月21日，香港《南華早報》報導說，中國大陸媒體的文章最近不斷在周永康家族和調查中的石油系統貪腐案中「劃連線」，這些故事的出現被認為是中共反腐機構盯上了周永康。

除與周永康關係密切的「石油幫」外，周躋身中央後長期掌管的公安、政法系統內，也傳出有人遭到調查。

近日《澳洲日報》消息稱，現任6．10辦公室主任兼公安部副部長李東生被調查。同時遭到調查的還有最高檢察院檢察長曹建明。曹建明是周永康執掌中央政法委期間，最主要的政法官員之一，也是周永康幫派的最主要成員之一。正部級的中央委員、6．10辦公室主任、公安部副部長李東生也是周永康另一黨羽。

綜合各方消息，周永康被調查的傳言，早在去年3月大陸全國人大、政協「兩會」後即傳出。當時，前重慶市委書記薄熙來去職，周對如何處置薄，被指公然與胡錦濤、溫家寶唱反調，被視為薄熙來的政治盟友，其地位不保甚至將被調查的消息當時就已經傳得沸沸揚揚。

傳周永康被軟禁 其子在新加坡遭控

9月21日，港媒消息稱，周永康之子周濱（周斌）未能如外傳逃到美國，而是在新加坡被中共國安人員控制。

【綜合報導】天兔颱風重創知本溫泉風景區，知本溪北岸堤防昨晚溢堤後，直到凌晨4點水才陸續褪去，溫泉街上淹水，最深的地方水淹1樓高，今天居民清理厚達20公分淤泥，痛批縣政府沒有通知他們撤離，水淹及膝才宣布撤離。

《壹電視》報導，居民受訪時指出這次縣政府完全沒有通知要撤離，水淹及膝才通知撤離根本來不及。還有居民說村長等都沒有安排撤離，上次八八風災還有消防車在當地戒備，這次完全沒有預警，水就沖進家園。
