【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（大紀元記者古琴澳洲悉尼編譯報導）澳洲紐省政府將對兒童性侵者實施更嚴厲的新法規。按照此法規，兒童性侵犯罪者的住所將可被突襲搜查，警方可強令其交出任何電腦密碼。

據澳新社消息，紐省律法廳長史密斯（Greg Smith）說，新的修正法案將使兒童性侵者面臨更多的突襲搜查，同時加重了對違反保護兒童禁令者的懲罰。

史密斯在上週日（22日）的一份聲明中說：「這是一個合理和均衡的修正案，同時將使任何在冊的兒童性侵犯罪者加重考慮他們不遵守提供報告的義務所面臨的後果。」

根據新的修正案規定，警方將有權隨時突襲和搜查在冊的兒童性侵者的住所。辦案人員也有權進行隨機電腦檢查，同時指令被查者交出個人日誌的詳細訊息和密碼等。

紐省警察廳長加拉赫（Michael Gallacher）說，警方將可隨時突襲在冊28天以上的兒童性侵者的住所。

任何拒絕與警方合作者，將面臨更多的指控。

【林錫淵／高雄報導】高雄市林園區一名劉姓婦人（51歲），今天上午10時許，疑因感情因素想不開，在東林西路一棟大樓8樓住家，留下一封遺書罵「臭男人」，便以鍋子裝木炭，在瓦斯爐上燒炭自殺，鄰居發現冒白煙，立刻向警消報案。

消防局林園分隊駕駛消防車、雲梯車及救護車前往，分隊人員背空氣呼吸器帶破壞器材前往8樓查看，發現住戶門反鎖且冒出陣陣白煙，敲門又無回應，隨即破門進入，發現劉婦意識模糊倒臥客廳沙發上，一旁瓦斯爐上正燃燒著木炭，警消立刻將瓦斯關上，把門窗打開，並給予患者高濃度氧氣，所幸送醫前劉女已清醒無礙。

警方表示，劉女離婚多年，後結交新男友，近來兩人不合，劉婦疑因感情受挫想不開，才在遺書上罵男友是「臭男人」後，想燒炭結束自己性命。

【綜合報導】半島電視台稱，索馬利亞叛軍「青年黨」（Al-Shabaab）向該媒體坦承，肯亞槍擊案是該組織所犯下。法新社也引述「青年黨」在推特上的說法，稱他們在肯亞發動攻擊，是為了報復肯亞在索馬利亞進行的軍事干預。

索馬利亞的「青年黨」與基地組織（Al-Qaeda）關係密切，有媒體稱其就是基地分支。該武裝組織除積極策劃恐怖攻擊，甚至開設傳授激進伊斯蘭主義的恐怖學校，綁架孩童作為學生，施以洗腦教育，訓練他們成為自殺炸彈客。

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】中國首富、大連萬達集團（大連萬達）董事長王健林計劃投資高達人民幣300億元（1440億元台幣）電影製片廠，承諾將打造為全球最大的電影製片廠。
 
根據《華爾街日報》報導，大連萬達的電影製片廠計劃名為「青島東方影都」，明年中國青島開業，製片廠佔地規模最少1萬平方公尺，也將打造主題式樂園。
王健林不僅將於青島打造電影與樂園事業，此項目開發計劃還包括永久性汽車展、遊艇中心、醫院以及高級飯店等。

【綜合報導】肯亞首都奈洛比的西門購物中心（Westgate Mall）22日發生槍擊事件，發生至今已過33小時，槍手挾持約30名人質，和警方持續對峙，目前已知至少造成68死，175傷。

當地安全官員表示，槍手應是來自索馬利亞叛軍「青年黨」（Al-Shabaab），美國總統歐巴馬致電肯亞總統烏胡魯·肯亞塔（Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta）表示美方會全力支持肯亞政府所有攻堅行動。
 
發生槍擊案的購物中心，相當受到外國遊客或是移民者的歡迎，目前已知確定死者當中有3名英國人、2名法國人、2名加拿大人，根據加拿大政府表示，其中一名死者是加拿大外交人員。
