【李俊淇／新北報導】天兔颱風昨晚帶來強風及豪雨，新北市中和區1間待拆的老舊房屋，經過1夜的狂風摧襲，1片鐵皮被風力吹落，懸掛在半空中變成危樓，附近民眾擔心鐵皮恐砸傷經過民眾，緊急報警處理

警消到場發現，鐵皮仍被釘在牆上，非人力可以拆除，只好將鐵皮塞進牆縫中，避免風吹掉落，再通知屋主前往處理。

【大紀元2013年09月22日訊】（大紀元記者江禹嬋台灣台北報導）為鼓勵民眾使用綠色運具，台北市政府舉辦「2013大台北國際無車日」活動，估計約有5千民眾參與，最近很熱門的「小小黃」YouBike，每天更有高達5萬人使用。

9月22日是國際無車日，台北市長郝龍斌表示，希望鼓勵民眾使用綠色運具，多乘坐公眾運輸、騎單車、甚至步行，身體力行，實踐環保理念。現場舉行10公里健走、自行車騎乘等活動，並封街舉辦嘉年華，包括北一女中樂儀旗隊、北市交銅管五重奏等到場表演。

台北市的捷運加上公車，每天運輸約330萬至350萬人次，這相對台北市的人口是相當不容易的成就；台北捷運的評比不但在國際上名列前茅，公車也有五成是環保低地板公車。

郝龍斌提到，尤其YouBike，每天更有高達5萬人使用，平均每輛車每天的周轉率已經超越巴黎；而且2年多來僅有10多部車失竊，比起巴黎每年20%的失竊率，相對低了許多，正好顯示了台北市民高度的公民素養。

大台北國際無車日正式起跑後，現場民眾在風雨中快步健走，直呼感覺很特別，就算是颱風天，也要響應支持節能減碳、不開車運動。◇

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】中秋4天連假結束，再加上天兔颱風攪局，造成部分航班大亂，根據移民署預報資料統計，以平日旅客7萬人次計算，桃園機場今天入出境人數近10萬人，創下近期內新高。 由於天兔颱風影響，班機較為集中，常有1個行李轉盤必須3架班次使用，造成轉盤上堆積如山，旅客在現場抱怨連連。

旅客陳先生表示：出國那麼多次，第一次看到行李轉盤人滿為患的情況，而且領一個行李領了一個多小時都沒領到，實在很無言。
