男疑自西港大橋墜橋　摔15公尺亡

【王志弘／台南報導】西港大橋今天上午9時15分左右傳出墜橋意外，一名年約40至50歲男子疑跨越橋欄一跳而下，墜落15公尺當場頭破血流。消防弟兄到場予以心肺復甦術、電擊，但男子到院前死亡。死者身分與動機仍待警方調查釐清。
 
目擊者指出，他當時在岸邊釣魚，突然聽見「砰」一聲，以為是有人亂丟垃圾，結果竟是一個人，趕緊拿手機報案。該名男子耳朵、嘴巴不斷冒出鮮血，不到5分鐘就失去意識。

宅配通9月營收增長可期；年底將掛牌上市

物流業者台灣宅配通(2642)受惠於中秋假期的送禮需求，自今年9月上旬起即浮現大量物流需求，遞送業務較平時成長約達2成，法人看好9月營收可望較8月的1.99億元明顯成長；宅配通已在上週三(18日)通過上市審議，宅配通指出，公司將在年底前掛牌上市，將成為全台第一家上市成功的宅配業者。

宅配通是由東元(1504)集團在2000年佈局成立，是東元由製造業擴充轉進物流、服務業的重要指標性轉投資公司。在去年12月登錄興櫃交易以來，宅配通也順勢在今年8月提出上市申請、並於本月18日通過上市審議，向年底上市再邁進一大步。

宅配通今年營運動能持穩，前8月累計營收為17.09億元，較去年同期成長約1.9%，今年9月，得力於網購與中秋送禮熱潮，宅配通中秋節前夕的物流業務暴增，較非節慶期間成長近20%；宅配通指出，自9月上旬以來公司就觀察到來自台北市、新北市、基隆市等區域的物流遞送需求大增，主要就是受惠於傳統送禮需求動能的支撐。

宅配通說明，今年中秋常溫配送內容主要以應景的糕餅、文旦類禮盒為大宗，低溫配送更在生鮮食品、水果類禮盒配送需求增長帶動之下，呈現供不應求狀況。宅配通強調，未來公司將加強投資擴大低溫宅配服務能量，以滿足連年成長的低溫宅配市場需求。

針對未來成長動能，宅配通董事長邱純枝日前即表示，隨著行動通訊裝置與網路的普及，消費者在網上購物、並以宅配與物流服務取貨的電子商務模式已成主流趨勢，宅配通看好台灣電子商務市場將以每年15%的速度持續增長，目前正與電子商務業者積極接觸、洽談合作機會，催化未來成長。

近3年來，宅配通業績持續增長，2010-2012年營收分別為23.62億元、24.52億元、25.39億元，EPS則分別為2.46元、3.22元、與2.83元，成為大股東東元(持有宅配通43.44%股權)旗下的小金雞。

今年上半年，宅配通稅後盈餘為1.05億元，較去年同期的9800萬元維持穩健增長格局，累計EPS為1.22元。

天兔強颱襲擊廣東 至少25死

（中央社台北23日電）強颱「天兔」登陸中國大陸廣東，截至今天上午，造成廣東25人死亡。粵東地區發生海水倒灌、漫堤、大面積停水停電等災情。

天兔颱風已減弱為熱帶性低氣壓，但廣東仍將嚴防豪雨肆虐。

新華社報導，廣東省氣象台上午發佈資訊，「天兔」將繼續往偏西北方向移動，強度繼續減弱，但相關部門仍提醒要防範強降水衍生的城鄉積澇、山洪泥石流、山體滑坡等災害。

報導說，「天兔」22日下午7時40分在廣東省汕尾市沿海登陸。登陸時，中心附近最大風力14級。風力強、風浪高、範圍廣、持續時間長，重創粵東地區。

這次「天兔」登陸的汕尾市災情最嚴重，全市範圍內交通、通訊、供電和供水中斷，停電面積超過65%。全市174.4萬人受災，13人死亡、24人受傷，直接經濟損失超過人民幣28億元。

揭陽市、汕頭市、潮州市也發生多處路樹倒塌，大面積停電等災情。

據統計，廣東有4萬7647艘漁船回港或就近避風，1萬9670名漁排作業人員撤離上岸。廣州等14市停課。1020923

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義市政府推動交趾陶藝術，貼近里民生活，舉辦交趾陶門牌創作研習，今天起至10月6日，在嘉義市交趾陶館，展出林森里、磚瑤里交趾陶門牌教作成果聯展。

文化局表示，不同里有不同特色風味門牌，譬如林森里有阿里山森林火車，磚瑤里顧名思義有磚瑤，這次都被融入門牌創作裡，別有一番風味。

老媽媽堅持不洗澡該、失智長輩夜裡一直想出門怎麼辦？家有失智長輩的家庭愈來愈多，但家屬不見得了解疾病和病人可能出現的異常行為，因此常發生衝突。台北市全台首創24小時失智症關懷專線，提供家屬行為問題因應、學習照顧技巧，甚至還有就醫、病友資訊，減輕家屬照顧負擔。

台北市衛生局長林奇宏表示，全台約有19萬失智症患者，台北市就占了2萬1000人，其中65歲以上失智長輩有1萬8800人，因為記憶力、方向感、判斷力和語言能力逐漸退化，破壞了日常生活自理能力，讓照顧者日夜顛倒身心俱疲，長期承受照護負擔恐怕也會成為「隱形病人」。若能有專業諮詢，會減輕很多負擔與壓力。
