針對核四公投案，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池表示，民進黨持續杯葛，若國民黨團續推，也只是不斷重演僵局，無法突破；加上核四公投無急迫性，黨內也有聲音希望確保核安後再來處理，民眾也很關心核安問題，他已將此意見轉達給行政院，希望行政院好好思考。林鴻池說，本會期要處理核四公投案有難度，應該不會處理，排案順序也會往後移。

【大紀元2013年09月23日訊】（大紀元記者藍悅真台灣台北報導）23日起買高鐵票開車前5分鐘可搞定，高鐵手機APP訂票系統由現行發車前1小時縮短到5分鐘，台灣高鐵公司表示，縮短時程讓行程安排更具彈性。

此外，在便利商店也可退掉部分的車票，一筆訂位代號中有2張以上車票，需退其中幾張車票時，可在列車發車前30分鐘，至便利商店辦理，每張手續費為20元，受理時間為每日上午10時至晚上22時。

高鐵公司表示，受到智慧型手機使用習慣的改變，使用手機訂票成長約66%。因受台灣人習慣與自由座車廂需現場購買的限制，目前還是以臨櫃購買車票為最多，高鐵公司希望透過多方管道開發，讓民眾購票能夠更便利。◇

【綜合報導】中國安徽3名男子由於欠下大筆賭債，3人策劃租2輛奧迪車，專挑獨行的年輕女子問路，乘機搶手機。

男子通常鎖定目標後，停車說自己的手機沒電，報朋友的號碼讓女子幫忙打過去問路，電話裏的同黨則會要求駕駛接聽。當女子把手機遞給駕駛後，男子便快速駕車逃離。

近日，南京警方將3人一網打盡。據悉，3人從安徽開始作案，沿着南京、揚州、蘇州、杭州、鎮江、上海、蕪湖一條線，2個月作案達30多宗，搶了近20萬元人民幣的物品，所搶奪的物品主要是iPhone、iPad及Samsung手機等物件。
