【王覺一／綜合報導】金鶯陳偉殷今天先發出戰光芒，隊友戴維斯(Chris Davis)在4局上轟出2分砲，幫助金鶯以2比1逆轉戰局，哈迪(J.J. Jardy)再補上1分打點安打，將比數拉開至3比1。戴維斯本季52轟，持續傲視大聯盟，138分打點，追平老虎卡布瑞拉(Miguel Cabrera)，並列美聯打點王。

日商在台據點的重要性日增，NEC、愛普生、日立製作、三菱商事等四家日商都採用台籍人才出任台灣最高主管，營運更具靈活性，並有助推動結盟台商拓展兩岸、全球市場。

這四家日商都具有國際採購（IPO）機能，NEC、日立製作所對台年度採購達百億元；愛普生約50億元以上，台積電（2330）、廣達、仁寶、鴻海、華邦電等台廠都受惠。

NEC是日本資通訊大廠，今年首度由台籍執行副總李柏亨升任總經理，打破歷年來由日籍主管派任的慣例。最近NEC協助中華電信建置台澎金馬光纖海底電纜系統，金額達13.1億元，為近年NEC得標最大單一金額，預計明年完成。

NEC每年對台採購以資訊通產品及零組件為主，金額超過100億元，以筆電為最大宗，代工廠廣達、仁寶受惠。

日立製作所台灣代表陳世鴻指出，日立集團過去以採購台灣IT（資訊科技）產品為主，今年對台採購以機電、電力、馬達、配電盤等海外公共工程用零組件，IT則以半導體、伺服器等為主，總金額上看100億元。

台灣愛普生（EPSON）總經理李隆安指出，台灣市場主要鎖定數位印刷產業、自動化生產及感應設備場。

加拿大黑莓公司（BlackBerry）今天宣布，接受1個投資集團以47億美元收購。這個集團計畫將黑莓下市。

黑莓公司發表聲明說，公司已「簽署意向協議書，以楓信金融控股公司（Fairfax Financial HoldingsLimited）為首的集團已報價收購本公司，但須經適當評鑑」。

加拿大億萬富豪沃薩（Prem Watsa）旗下的楓信公司本已是黑莓最大股東，手中股權近10%。沃薩8月間在黑莓宣布有意求售時，即辭去黑莓的董事1職。

根據擬議中的交易，投資集團將以每股9美元收購流通在外股票；至於楓信手中股票將在交易中捐出。

黑莓表示，公司董事會贊成這項計畫。一旦審查評鑑完成，這筆交易案可望在11月4日前宣布，而相關時程也取決於投資集團取得融資的狀況。

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】南台灣逐漸脫離中度颱風天兔的暴風圈範圍，根據中央氣象局清晨5時最新警報資訊顯示，天兔目前位於鵝鑾鼻西南西方260公里海面上，以每小時19公里速度向西北西進行，颱風過去3小時強度略為減弱，暴風圈仍籠罩恆春半島、屏東、高雄、台南及澎湖，各地風雨仍持續中，不過預計天兔強度有持續減弱且暴風圈有縮小的趨勢，氣象局預計於上午8時30分解除陸上颱風警報，中午過後也有機會解除海上警報。

氣象局也持續發報豪雨特報，受到天兔颱風影響，今天台東地區及恆春半島、宜蘭山區、花蓮山區、高屏山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，宜蘭、花蓮、南部地區、南投山區及台中以北山區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，北部地區有大雨或豪雨，中部地區及澎湖、金門有大雨發生的機率，請民眾注意防範坍方、落石、土石流及山洪爆發，低窪地區請慎防淹水。
