美國史密斯菲爾德食品公司24日股東大會，投票通過大陸雙匯國際收購案，96%投贊成票。交易金額達71億美元（約新台幣 2,103億元），創下大陸企業最大規模赴美投資案。

新華社報導，史密斯菲爾德公司發表聲明說，投贊成票的股東股份占公司流通普通股總股份的76%，收購程序預計將於9月26日結束。

史密斯菲爾德公司總裁拉里·波普表示對投票結果很滿意，這對於史密斯菲爾德全體股東、美國農民和美國農業來說都是一項重大交易，兩家公司的合作將致力於增長和拓展海內外業務。

根據收購協議，雙匯國際將以每股34美元，從史密斯菲爾德的股東手中拿下全部股份，收購結束後史密斯菲爾德的普通股將不再公開交易，史密斯菲爾德將作為雙匯的全資子公司運營，但依然保留史密斯菲爾德這個品牌。

【張欽／台北報導】空軍北部區域作戰指揮管制中心上尉蔣福仲被控將我國航管等重要機密，交給在中國經商的叔叔，藉此獲利近百萬元，被依洩密軍事機密罪起訴，且遭收押至今。《軍審法》修正案8月15日上路後，此案移由高等法院審理，上午高院首度開庭，但涉及機密不公開審理，庭訊僅15分鐘就結束。

【高佳菁／台北報導】大立光（3008）捍衛專利再添一樁，昨向台中地方法說對先進光聲請假扣押，對此，先進光將依法提起抗告，不過，大立光委任律師萬國法律資深合夥律師郭雨嵐則強調，先進光所申請的2項專利是大立光重要的know how，而這2項專利只是冰山一角，還有很多的專利現已進入民事與刑事中，大立光一定會力爭到底，不容許「偷人家專利，又申請專利」的不肖業者扭曲事實的真相。
 
郭雨嵐指出，這2項專利在製程中有其獨特的技術特徵，但先進光在偷了人家專利，卻又去申請專利，大立光才會發現專利被偷取，他強調，這2項專利是製程中重要的know how，而先進光也承認了，但重點是，一旦偷取這2項專利，公司侵權絕對不會只有這2項專利，而事實亦證明先進光還有多項製程侵權，目前公司還在調查中，有些已進入民事與刑事中。
 
針對先進光對外宣稱產線已完全汰換這2項專利，郭雨嵐強調，絕非事實，大立光一定會力爭到底，不容許「偷人家專利，又申請專利」的不肖業者扭曲事實的真相。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】在美國QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）減碼及債限陰影籠罩下，亞洲股市午盤普遍走跌，表徵亞太股市整體行情的MSCI亞太指數下跌0.8%，惟蘋果（Apple）新iPhone首賣銷量突破900萬支，概念股逆勢走揚，包括村田製作所上漲1.8%，樂金顯示器（LG Display，LGD）大漲2.8%。
 
亞太各國股市包括中國、香港、南韓、印尼午盤跌近1%，日本、澳洲跌約0.5%，印度、紐西蘭則小漲0.3%。

手機、平板不但可變成電視遙控器，還可聲控頻道，「用說的轉台」收看有線電視100多個頻道，有線電視業者凱擘今推出HomePlay多螢分享服務，凱擘與台固多媒體150萬有線電視用戶即日起都可申裝。

只要用戶下載HomePlay的App，就可透過特定機上盒，讓手機或平板與機上盒配對，並透過Wi-Fi無線上網，將手機或平板變身成遙控器，甚至採聲控轉台指定頻道或特定節目。

此外，HomePlay多螢服務也可讓手機、平板變成電視分身，讓手機也可選擇電視上正在播的不同節目收視，1台電視當2台用。用戶也能反向操作，將手機或平板收視的PPTV等網路內容，轉到電視上觀看。

凱擘大寬頻董事長鄭俊卿指出，這項多螢分享服務，將電視節目、高畫質隨選影片及網路影音等多元內容整合於電視、平板與智慧型手機等多種螢幕上，目前凱擘收視戶中，Sup r MOD用戶（申裝數位化用戶）已破20萬，由於HomePlay進入門檻更低，預計今年底用戶就突破30萬。

鄭俊卿表示，年底前凱擘大寬頻的數位化比例可達54%，預計2015年就能全面數位化，所有用戶都將升級為數位化用戶。

鄭俊卿強調，去年推出Super MOD後，在ARPU(每用戶平均收入)貢獻度上無明顯成長，但客戶黏著度已明顯提升，而HomePlay服務推出後，期望能提升消費者的加值服務，同時長期對ARPU也應有助益。

凱擘大寬頻目前寬頻用戶已占總用戶30%，預計2015年可提升到35%~40%，鄭俊卿強調到4成後就已到頂。
