行政院昨天發布新人事，政務委員羅瑩雪將出任法務部長職。羅瑩雪也是繼葉金鳳、王清峰後，第三位女性法務部長。

原法務部長曾勇夫在立法院長王金平司法關說爭議爆發後，於九月六日請辭。羅瑩雪昨天接受訪問時，對赴立法院備詢必會被問到的特偵組存廢、司法關說案是否為違法監聽等話題表示，「應不難回應，也都有所準備了」。

羅瑩雪說，特偵組的存廢問題涉及制度的建立，「應該有其理由」，必須先釐清，究竟是人的因素，還是制度、體制出問題，「這還要深入去了解，不能衝動行事」；不過，她也會尊重立法院的決議。

至於王金平、柯建銘涉及的司法關說案事證是否為違法監聽所得？羅瑩雪表示站在法務部立場，若有違法就須「依法嚴辦」，但也須先釐清，特偵組的監聽程序究竟有無違法，她對這部分「沒有預設立場」。

至於法務部長將面臨的簽署死刑執行令的敏感議題，羅瑩雪也回應，若有必要會簽署。

另外界質疑她非檢察系統出身、恐難擺平法務部的複雜人事。羅瑩雪說，她曾建議江揆由檢察系統中找人選，但江揆認為她曾在法務部工作，也因擔任律師之故與檢察體系接觸密切，不算生疏，應可勝任。

曾勇夫九月初因司法關說案請辭法務部長，羅瑩雪當時即被點名是可能繼任人選。羅瑩雪說，江揆兩度徵詢，一次是媒體報導她是可能人選之後，她回以很多人比她適合；第二次是在上周，江宜樺一番考量大局、國家的話，打動了她。

據悉，江揆也曾向檢察系統、律師界、學界覓才，但未獲具體回應，才於這兩天說服羅瑩雪接法務部長。羅瑩雪最快本周上任，政院除原先的工程政委外，又多一名法務政委待補，蒙藏會委員長、福建省政府主席等職也待補。

據悉，政院已鎖定一名資深律師出任法務政委，但也不排除從學界覓才。

【綜合報導】埃及緊急事態法院宣布，禁止「穆斯林兄弟會」(Muslim Brotherhood)舉辦、協辦或參與任何活動，並將這個組織的所有資產充公，包括資金、動產和不動產。
 
「穆斯林兄弟會」(Muslim Brotherhood) 遭埃及政府判定為非法組織，長達85年，去年推出的候選人莫西(Mohamed Morsi)贏得總統大選，今年3月再度註冊為非政府組織，以確保自身的合法性，但在7月莫西遭推翻下台後，兄弟會再度失勢，軍方掌權後便開始肅清兄弟會。
 
不過兄弟會仍可上訴，但更讓人擔心的是，這個判決恐刺激兄弟會的地下成員，鼓舞更多年輕人發起抗議活動，引發新一波的動亂。
