討論有雷。 雖然很多人認為明升暗降是挑戰權威的結果，但依據全劇的脈絡，我覺得不是。 在會議中慷慨激昂的指責大和田是戲劇必須的元素，但是指示調派卻是營業的考量。 一來本來董事會就早已決議半澤的去處是東京中央證券，（沒說職位到哪） 最後榮升子公司「部長」是因為所有其他人的位置都沒變啊，除了岸川之外。 （但不可能接任岸川的位置，那樣就真的是鬥爭又瞎的指派，告訴大家要鬥爭） 大和田有說：「那裡規模小，半澤一定很快可以和大家打成一片」 營業企劃部長的職位在日本公司非常重要，銀行發展證券業是時代趨勢， 將半澤的個性用之於營業的拓展最適當，因為他很了解公司的狀態，而不是銀行數字 也就是融資課次長最佳的位置，將證券業發展起來後，有缺時回本行擔任部長， 這個結局相當厲害，維持全劇充滿合理戰略考量的高水準。 行長也說自己：「看人眼光最厲害。」等半澤年紀可以當行長，他早退休了 所以應該跟派系的關聯比較小。如果半澤的功力都可以包容近藤， 行長為了內部融合而沒拔掉大和田，那麼對於在會議室逞一時英雄而無視行長的半澤 我覺得角色上行長的個性及戰略前提是一定包容的了的。 ※ 引述《payhai (payhai)》之銘言： : 最後大河田只是被降職而半澤次長卻被調職，這樣的橋段真是符合現實狀況，畢竟銀行界 : 裡早已容不下半澤這樣勇於挑戰威權制度的人了。 : 換個角度想，如果半澤接受大河田的妥協，在董事會上互不揭發對方來換得保住自己不被 : 調職的話，未來仍有機會改變東京中央銀行，現在被調到證券公司當部長，明升暗降，未 : 來前途茫茫，連帶同期兄弟說不定以後也得去證券公司上班，只能說半澤為了逞一時之快 : ，忽略行長的口頭警告硬要大河田下跪，嚴重挑戰行長威信因而落得下放的下場，不值得 : 啊。 : 看完這部日劇後感想是如果人只是一昧看重自己而忽略團體和諧是無法當好一個銀行職員 : ，銀行生存之道就是與人和善，畢竟銀行最大的資產就是人而已。 : 以上是最後結局的感想。這部戲也太紅了，小弟有問在日友人確實紅翻了，但作者也怕上 : 班族有樣學樣，出面澄清戲劇效果並告知上班族別與上司直接衝撞，避免飯碗不保。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.226.194

２０１１年開始巡迴的諾亞方舟對我來說是最特別的演唱會 １２／３１日帶著滿心期待我搭上了諾亞方舟，原以為過了今天，我的第二人生 將要展開，對未來充滿了興奮與期待，隔天１／１也順利登船，連續在演唱會充 電的我，儲存了滿滿的能量，打算回到現實中，認真的對待自己選擇的人生，迎 接一個新的旅程。 回家後所面對的是２０１２年接踵而來的考驗，那年真的是殘酷又漫長的一年， 面對家人接連而來的健康問題，周遭不友善的情緒，工作所發生的壓力，什麼事 情亂七八糟的問題都能一件一件的發生，那時是五月天陪伴著我排解悲傷情緒， 讓我頓時長大的起點。 再次登上方舟前一個月，我的母親在半年內剛開完第二次大手術，很感謝老天爺 一切都能順利，一度很猶豫該不該放棄這次登船，是我的妹妹說，好不容易都買 到票了就去吧，在高雄聽著五月天表達出來的喜怒哀樂，五迷們有默契啦啦啦的 空氣，那天我淚流不止，想著人生海海的歌詞就算是整個世界，把我拋棄，而至 少快樂傷心我自己決定，所以我說，就讓他去，我知道潮落之後一定有潮起，有 什麼了不起。 這次方舟終於回到台灣，選擇在我的家鄉台中開唱，很幸運搶到了４場的入場門 票，這次我終於有機會全勤了，在阿信開場的當下，真的有種不敢相信我身在其 中的ｆｕ，前半段我還在訝異中度過，沒想到這一年多我撐過來了，這次位子在 看台區看到了光束效果，滿滿的藍海和幸福的星光，在搖滾區看到了真人版的老 大在我面前ｓｏｌｏ，其中一天還搶到了雖然偏了一點但不可置信的搖滾區第一 排，還被爆破特效嚇到，被雪花淋整身的感覺，我整個想吶喊啊！ ３Ｄ電影選擇在１５號演唱會前先去看口碑場過過癮，這次的電影和上次不太一 樣的是幾乎演唱會專場，位子選在前排的好處是五月天就像近在你眼前一樣沒有 距離，很多演唱會看不到的東西，在電影中也都能清楚看見，尤其我對空拍攝影 大為讚嘆，感覺就像是裝有翅膀翱翔在演唱會中一樣，每個角度都不會錯過，很 開心即將要去看４Ｄ版本。 有很多人曾經不太能理解我為什麼這麼喜歡五月天，我想五月天不只是搖滾團體， 還是一種生命中的信仰，在我人生的任何時刻，只要戴上耳機，他們就能陪伴在左右 ，適時給你力量給你加油打氣，並拍拍肩微笑著說，人生嘛！喜怒哀樂不就這麼一回事， 放心！還有我們在呢！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.234.96.189
