【林媛玲╱新北報導】去年吸引九十多萬人次造訪的新北市耶誕城，將市府旁「竹筍」建物，變成全國最高的三十五公尺聖誕樹，觀光局今年原計劃將聖誕樹改造變身為禮物盒，製造浪漫驚喜，未料昨在市政會議討論時，直接被市長朱立倫吐槽，要求保留最高聖誕樹的原有樣貌。看過禮物盒造型的民眾表示，還是聖誕樹比較好看。

造形月底將定案

新北觀光旅遊局長陳國君昨在市政會議報告歡樂耶誕城專案表示，今年計畫從十一月二十二日起至明年一月五日舉辦一個半月活動，將市府周圍打造為一座充滿音樂、光影及溫暖的聖誕樂園，另在萬板公園有櫻桃小丸子、海綿寶寶等卡通造形，吸引全國小朋友一起到新北市過聖誕。
未料簡報剛結束就遭朱立倫打槍，他說，全台灣應不超過百分之一的人知道有歡樂耶誕城，但卻都清楚新北市有全台最高聖誕樹，其他縣市無法跟新北市比，如今卻要將聖誕樹包起來，根本是邏輯錯誤，要求保留聖誕樹。
陳國君會後解釋，現正研議如何打造聖誕樹，將在傳統與創新間尋找平衡，月底將定案。看過禮物盒造形的民眾說，聖誕節氣氛感覺最重要。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】立法院今舉行院會，朝野一早針對是否讓行政院長江宜樺上台施政報告並備質詢再度進行協商。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池重申，行政院長到立院報告是憲法所明定，總質詢結束才能處理民生法案，希望今天能夠順利讓江院長上台，不然議案後延，對國計民生沒有好處。

林鴻池說，江院長已經對外說明清楚，無意冒犯立院、王院長，只是針對事實狀況描述，並沒有錯，也不知道如何道歉，林強調，這件事已經吵嚷一周，希望盡速步入正軌。

民進黨團總召柯建銘則強調：「沒有道歉，沒有上台。」不是廉價道歉，而是捍衛憲政體制，媒體詢問紀律委員會最快10月開會，柯建銘說，「放空自己坦然面對，趕快來審吧！」

在大家還在關注 iPhone 5s 的同時，iMac 這次偷偷地在官網直接做了小改版更新，全面升級了 Intel Haswell 處理器，獨顯也換到了 NVIDIA GeForce 700 系列，當然價格並沒有改變。

效能提升、價格不變

雖然 iMac、MacBook 系列的產品常常都是無聲無息就在官網改版，但這次 iMac 改版也算是有點突然，先前也沒有什麼謠言出現。這次改版的幅度並不大，主要是處理器和獨顯的升級，外型沒有改變，屬於效能提升的小改版。

這次 iMac 全面升級到了 Haswell 處理器，27 吋的處理器時脈分別由 2.9GHz、3.2GHz 提升到了 3.2GHz、3.4GHz，21.5 吋的處理器則是相同時脈。最低階款的顯示晶片採用了 Intel Iris Pro 技術，也就是 Graphics 5200 內顯。其他機種都採用了 NVIDIA GeForce 700 系列新獨顯，最高階可以選配加到 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M。

無線網路這次也一起更新到了 802.11ac，有比上一代快三倍的網速。SSD 這次也支援了 PCIe 的介面，如果選購 SSD 的話可以有更快的傳輸速度。價格還是維持和上一代一樣，台灣目前也沒有通過電檢，所以還無法購買，但也沒有說明出貨的時間，官網目前顯示暫無供貨。

這次升級要點：

1. 處理器換上 Intel Haswell
2. 獨顯換上 NVIDIA GeForce 700 系列
3. 無線網路支援 802.11ac
4. SSD 換上 PCIe 介面

【綜合報導】美國佛州36歲女子桑德琳(Tina Sandlin)，常年有吸食安非他命的習慣，去年七月一個燥熱的午後，她把當時3歲和6歲的2個孩子叫到臥室，伸手抓起家中養的寵物兔，當著子女面前一刀砍下，把小兔子的頭砍了下來，日前遭控虐待動物與兒童，被判轉介戒毒中心接受治療。

這名恐怖母親把兔子斬首後，2名子女現場就都嚇呆了，事後告訴警察：當時兔子不斷掙扎踢腳，但媽媽抓着兔子耳朵就砍。丈夫從孩子口中聽到事件後質問她，桑德琳卻只是聳聳肩說：「因為很無聊」。

之後她躲藏在一間流動車屋內，去年9月25日被警方逮捕，至今被押已近一年，上周五(20日)被控虐待動物和兒童，由於她選擇不抗辯，獲判緩刑5年，並轉介到戒毒中心接受治療，這段期間不得接觸丈夫及子女。
