【綜合報導】宜蘭縣礁溪鄉「千千的家」民宿遭投訴，未事先說明，就對顧客收取數百元瓦斯烹煮及垃圾分類費用，且疑為非法民宿。

新北市林先生表示，他們一行25名親友趁中秋節連假聚會烤肉，入住千千的家民宿，業者註明貼心服務有提供廚房設備及烤肉區，便聯繫民宿並談妥1萬8000元入住6個房間。林先生說，9月19日入住繳清住房費後，當晚烤肉時，老闆卻稱因他們使用瓦斯燒熱水及煎魚，未做垃圾分類，收300元，但他們還自行準備大紙箱和垃圾袋，烤肉完收拾妥當，更感覺業者收費不合理，事後便查詢觀光局網站欲申訴，卻發現查無此業者，質疑非法執業。對此，千千的家張姓女老闆說，因房客用瓦斯燒水煮魚，未做垃圾分類，她須費時清潔，才收取300元費用，拒回應非法民宿情事。

【綜合報導】委內瑞拉總統馬度洛（Nicolas Maduro）昨天下令驅逐美國駐當地最高外交官員齊德林（Kelly Keiderling）及其2名下屬，要求3人在48小時內離境，原因是他們資助「極右翼」反對派，「鼓勵他們進行破壞委國權力體制與經濟的行動」。

左翼的馬度洛在一場公開演說中高呼：「洋基佬滾回家，滾出委內瑞拉！」美國與委內瑞拉自2010年起就停止互派大使，齊德林是駐委國最高層級外交官。馬度洛指示外交部長哈瓦（Elias Jaua）將齊德林及兩名美國使館政治組官員亨德蘭（Elizabeth Hunderland）、馬特（David Mutt）一起驅逐出境。不過美使館發言人表示，尚未接到委國政府正式發出的驅逐通知。

委內瑞拉長年有電力供應不足的情況，政府指控是反對派蓄意造成，以破壞經濟的手段引發民怨。本月稍早，委國發生全國70%區域均受影響的大規模停電，馬度洛也指控是反對派的陰謀。近月來當地也出現食物、衛生紙等基本民生物資短缺的情況，政府也怪到反對派頭上，並指控美國在背後唆使。

【綜合報導】國立台中女中最近公告校園行為規範，宣布今起加強督導學生在校須穿校服、上課不得飲食、走廊及樓梯不得隨意坐臥等多項行為，並將升旗台列為「紅區」，禁止學生逗留，引發學生質疑搞戒嚴。

校方公告的《重申校園行為規範》洋洋灑灑十七項，當中除服儀、走路不得併排等規定外，還將學校以紅藍膠帶劃分為「紅區」及「藍區」，物品可放置藍區，超出範圍視為違規物；紅區是「學校裡莊嚴、重要的重點區域」，人員不得逗留、不可留置物品，引發爭議。校方表示，近年學生行為太「超過」，隨意在升旗台換衣服、吃飯，若外界對「紅區」觀感不佳會取消，但該有的規範不會退縮。

【綜合報導】高雄一名男子懷疑結縭十六年的妻子外遇，上月中秋夜酒後將她勒斃，再用棉被裹屍丟棄甲仙山區。前晚他投案，從皮夾拿出妻子照片，對警方嘆說：「她是我的初戀情人，到現在我還是很愛她！」

黃嫌供稱，妻子婚後曾兩次外遇墮胎，他都選擇原諒，最近妻子提議離婚，他懷疑妻子又外遇，十九日中秋夜全家在家中烤肉喝酒，直到隔天凌晨一時許，他與妻子又為了外遇爭吵，黃用手臂緊勒妻脖子，直到她流鼻血才鬆手，發現她還有心跳，還以心肺復甦術急救，但最後仍斷氣。黃嫌驚慌下，用毛毯、被單與棉被共三層包裹屍體，再拿透明膠帶綑綁，清晨五時抵甲仙山區棄屍。
